I ordered two stuffed crusts pizzas through the app. When I got there the people working were loudly complaining about orders and customers in front of customers in the store. The kid working the counter was also loudly complaining about customers' names, the people in the kitchen, and anything else that came to mind.
They had multiple wrong orders and the kitchen was backed up considerably. I got my pizzas, got them home, and the dough was raw. It was so raw that when I picked up a piece out of the box it almost fell in half. Tried calling and was put on hold for so long that it was quicker for me to drive back to the store. When I got there I picked up a piece of pizza to show the guy at the counter that the dough wasn't cooked and he told me that because I had touched it there was nothing he could do. How would I know the pizza wasn't cooked until I picked it up? They told me all their pizza would be like that because it was being cooked fresh. (Fresh means that at 6pm they had NO hot and ready pizzas so it was a 25 minute wait for anyone walking in). I explained that fresh pizza didn't mean undercooked pizza. After trying to tell me there was nothing they could do multiple times, they agreed to recook the pizzas and said it would be 15 minutes. 30 minutes later I received two new pizzas. Got them home and again, raw dough. Literally so undercooked that the piece I picked up DID fall in half. I wouldn't let my family eat it, so into the garbage it went. Knowing that the staff there would do absolutely nothing to make it right, we ordered out from somewhere else. What an utter disaster and a waste of money. Staff needs to be retrained in professional behavior, customer service, and how to actually...
Ā Ā Ā Read moreWorst. Customer. Service. Ever. I ordered through the app and I mistakenly ordered from the Washington store instead of my local store in Hurricane. The confirmation popped up in the app with the address and I noticed my mistake immediately. They would not answer their phone. 13 call attempts as my wife drove me past my local store in Hurricane, past papa Johnās, where my wife told me to get the pizza from but I thought not driving to Washington for pizza when I can see the store from my house. When I asked for the manager she (said she was the manager) apologized and blamed it on new employees. There were like 8 people working in the back that I could see as I walked in. It seemed more like they took it off the hook during peak time. A 5 minute walk to get pizzas, while I had my kids for my weekend, turned into about 50 minutes round trip from hurricane and back. Because lady who said sheād be happy to cancel the order for me would not answer the phone for 40 minutes and 13 call attempts as I tried to cancel it.
Terrible customer service. Answer your phone. My 14 year old is this responsible...
Ā Ā Ā Read moreThe staff tried to be polite about it but we're forced to give poor service because of your policies. We were redeeming a fundraiser coupon (free hot n ready w/purchase) and tried to call in but we got a message that we are not taking phone orders right now.
So after being hounded by your voice message to order on the app and not being able to place a phone order we tried the app. There was no way to redeem the coupon so I thought well we did everything we could and we'll just go in because surely they can add it to our app order. Unfortunately, wether a local or corporate policy the poor kid had to say you can't use your coupon unless you come into the store????? He was super nice and felt bad but your policy on this is ridiculous. If you want people to not call in and use your app maybe improve your...
