when I ordered the girl didn't send the order getting back to the kitchen so I had to wait a few extra minutes so I had to wait a few extra minutes before they figured that out. That was a little irritating but all was forgiven when I tasted the food. It was AMAZING! their teriyaki sauce is like no other and they sell it bottled as well. The next time I went in I got a few bottles of it. can't wait to try it at home.
Update 4/1/21 Changing review to 1 star for issues with employees again. Made an online order that included a $3 soda. They called me and told me they did not have the soda. No worries / no big deal just refund me the money. Said they had no control over the app and could not return the money but offered substitutions instead. At this point the words we'll take it off and it will come off your card in 3 to 5 days would have been totally sufficient. I then ask for the manager who again offered substitutions and said they did not have control over the app. Said that was not acceptable to me so they said I could text their boss to try and get them to take the $3 charge off. So at this point I got charged $3 extra and now I have a chore to do. I don't care about the $3 it's more the principle of the whole thing and told them this. Asked if they could just take it out of the till and give it to me. Again said no and said it would throw their till off. Told them I wasn't going to send messages trying to get $3 back but if they wanted to make it right they could figure it out. Said they would try to figure something out when I picked up the order. When I got there again tried to hand me the business card of their boss to try to get the money back. Again I said I was not interested in trying to chase down the $3 and that it was just about the principle of it. The manager that said they would talk to their boss tomorrow but made it seem like a real pain. I spent 30 Buck's there today for just me and one of my young children. We're a family of four that's really busy and eat out all the time. If we like to place It's not Unusual to eat there every 3 months. Probably spending at least 40 bucks each time. That's $160 a year we will be spending at one of the other thousand restaurants with teriyaki in the name now. Still think this place has great food but the issues with employees has got me...
Read moreFood was good. I was worried when I saw a lot of negative comments. But the food actually was really good. The only complaint I had is.Why was the sushi was served hot?It was weird, threw me off, but otherwise food was very good. There could have been some points of as far as cleanliness store tables were clean, but the soda machine machine was gross. But as far as the cashier, she's a one woman show she did the cashiering and cooking. The food was hot.Ready service brought to our table, so overall I rated it a four because of those little details. But the food was very good. And then she stopped by the table to check and see how the food was.So customer service was amazing!! My son is done with the pics. Lol. Overall.. This is a great day for teriyaki grill.I don't know if there's been bad days for this, but so far I will definitely be back.It was worth it and the prices weren't too outrageous.The...
Read moreI love Teriyaki Grill and come all the time for a salad! They are usually so fresh and absolute perfection, I love the blanched veggies. But today I came in and got three salads - they said they were out of lettuce and it would be a wait. We said we would wait, it’s usually worth it. But today the salads came out and the cucumbers and the edamame were frozen with ice crystals on them. The broccoli and carrots weren’t blanched and the carrots were old and rubbery. But the lettuce and purple cabbage was the worst. The purple cabbage was so old it was brown and the lettuce was old, wilted and so so slimy - we didn’t eat any of the lettuce from any of the salads. Only ate the chicken and red pepper. It was so disappointing and I probably won’t be back for a long time, since the care and attention to detail to freshness that has always been my favorite part of the salad was...
