Had a job interview there lately , I applied for an early morning cleaning associate position, the interview occurred outside the building on one of the dining tables, some of the questions were not related to the position that I applied for, and I feel that this place discriminates over age because my curriculum and skills are way high than the position I applied for,and the proof is go inside and have a look on who works there, all of them are teenagers or in their early twenties, so if you are over 40s don't even try. "The Age Discrimination in Employment Act (ADEA) forbids age discrimination against people who are age 40 or older."
"Class Action lawsuit filed against In-N-Out Burgers earlier this month alleges that the popular burger chain maintains hiring practices that discriminate on the basis of race, color, and/or age of the applicants. Specifically, the complaint charges that the restaurant chain “systematically” denies employment opportunities to African-Americans and/or individuals over the age of forty (40) in the hiring of store associates and cleanup associates. The allegations against In-N-Out are serious and potentially devastating to the reputation of the company. Depending on the size of the class involved in the lawsuit, monetary damages against the company may also be significant. These allegations, if true, are especially disappointing because In-N-Out’s business practices have been noted in the past to be generally favorable to its...
Read moreDriving from Idaho to Vegas we were excited to experience what is not yet available in our area, and has tremendous hype. To say it was like a Black Friday morning in there is no exaggeration. Although it was a typically slow time, mid-afternoon between lunch and dinner time, it was a packed madhouse.
I was shocked but not surprised that they lost our order. After asking three times about our order status, 40 minutes later our order came up and it was still wrong. Another customer waiting near me had been waiting from before we arrived.
We should have left... but like Hamm the piggy bank in Toy Story 1, who keeps clicking through the channels on the remote, "too late, gotta keep going," it was too much time already wasted. We decided to see it through in case the food would be worth the hype.
It wasn't.
Culver's Butter Burger is a far superior burger; even the classic BK Whopper is better.
So clearly this place has a cult-like, obsessed following regardless of food quality and service. Which is fine, that's what a cult-like, obsessed following is. No problemo, I don't begrudge anything that keeps a business afloat, giving local kids jobs. Glad to see kids working, for sure.
I am glad to have scratched the In-n-Out itch and can now move forward enjoying my Butter Burger served...
Read moreIve been to many in n outs from california tp utah and this was by far the worst one ive ever been to. This chain is always a busy burger joint, but it was surprisingly very very dirty. The service was far less than others ive been to. Noticed they never called orders over the loud speaker so unless you were standing and staring at the counter, your food would just sit there, and an employee just standing clueless as what to do and spoke so softly had to lean over counter to hear her. The burgers tasted quite cold when we sat and ate there, the fries were cold as if our order was sitting on the back counter for awhile. Got animal fries and the cheese looked old and barely melted. Every table was very dirty and dried up condiments on them and nobody wiping them. Womens bathroom very smelly and untouched for however long. Ordered milkshakes and even though standing at counter for our food they were already a melted warm liquid. Very unhappy with all of it. Was going to eat there but ended up eating in my...
