Eunua!!! The manager of this particular store was nothing short of an angel. From door to door, entry to exit, hospitable, friendly, affable. Incredibly kind, not to mention staff, the staff were 2nd to none with speed and quality. If you plan on getting a Korean corn dog (you totally should) I reccomend getting just one sauce on the dog or the side, we chose to get all sauces on top, probably would've gotten on the side next time, nonetheless. Still delicious. Fresh rice, real cabbage, crunchy, not covered in sauce, excellent seasoned noodles line the bowl and authentic meats are on top, my personal favorites were the beef and porky bulgogi while my girlfriend got the fried chicken. All ssoooo delicious and we had left overs. I believe in total we only paid $30 for great food and a really tasty dessert that has to be eaten to be believed. Cannot say how highly we think of the staff which just made the whole experience 10x as pleasant. Great food. Lots of options, affordable, we'll be dining here again! Come back and say hello to Eunua!

I go here regularly, and I was super disappointed with the service I received, I had called the store 5 times just for it to ring twice and it went straight to voicemail, I ordered a DoorDash order and the dasher was fine and I had no problem with DoorDash but when I received everything it was a drink and their pot stickers, the receipt was attached to it and fully listed every item that was supposed to be there, I waited over an hour just for the restaurant to even make it, I feel bad for my dasher, the workers there usually look stoned so I’m not surprised that I got the wrong order, I’m not trying to pull a Karen but working in food and not always being there I’ve never had a problem taking or giving out orders, sure hope the manager isn’t on the same band wagon as them and actually takes accountability for their workers actions 11/8/22

Why does every food place have to be going so far Downhill the last year or so?? When they opened it was awesome! Now, tonights experience was the Girl didn't know the Menu, she read it to me from top to bottom while looking at the wall. Then, they used to completely fill them up to where the lid barely fit, Now it's like 3/4 full and they barely put any sauce on top. I ordered the combo bop with a drink and pot stickers and she says to me, " yeah I think that's only like .50 cents more to add it" while big signs all over their place says the price. Ended up spending $15 and it was not worth it.

I ordered online for the first time as I was traveling. I ordered the chicken, I didn't realize there were two different types, my bad. However, that is not what made me upset. I went in, and I was very kind about it, I work in a fast food restaurant so I don't wish for anyone to be yelled at, and told them my order was made wrong. The chicken tasted like beef so I was under the impression it was beef. No, I just ordered beef tasting chicken. My bad, wish the website had pictures but okay. She showed me both chicken types, didn't even tell me the name but that was my fault so I apologized and this worker scoffed and went "Well that sucks, maybe you will get it next time". Excuse me? I had half the mind to ask for a manager. She was the most snobby person I have met at this establishment. Especially for a middle aged women. Completely unacceptable. So not only was I completely disrespected, I had a cupbop chicken bowl that wasn't any good. On top of all that, they mixed up the saucing on the two different bowls, a kids and a regular. The kids bowl got the lever 5 and I got the level 2. Nobody was happy and I am thoroughly disappointed in this establishment. I have had their food before but I will not be back. They can keep their attitude to themselves.

Exact date: Friday, October 11th. Order was picked up around 1140. I had to leave and drive back, with a trailer, and was back around 12. The women was a brownish, black haired women, thin and white, and around 5'2.

To future customers, I would ask for another person to serve you, if not just leave. I have never felt so disappointed in a...

Live and learn right? First time trying this restaurant, first lesson - order in store not online. Everything in our order was wrong, our second mistake - not checking our order when we picked it up. Ordered the k dog, half cheese half sausage. It was all cheese. Was missing 6 pieces of our mandoo. And one of the bowls was missing. I ordered the rock bop, it was just boiled chicken no sauce to it. My sister got the b bop, didn't seem to have any sauce or flavor either. The service was fast they were really quick in putting together the bowl and the rest of the mandoo. Of course we didn't know about the k dog until later. I LOVE that you get to choose how much sauce, and if you want it on the side or on the dish. And how much spice you get. Wish they had that spice level online so we knew what level to get. All in all not too impressed with first impression, still considering going back to give it another try now that we know a bit more on what to expect. You get a lot of food, none of us could finish. I got 3 meals out of the bowl. Very filling, which tells you how good and healthy the food is. Yes I would suggest giving them a try. I'll update after our...

We have always enjoyed cupbop. Today I went in for the first time in a couple months and found they had implemented a new ordering system. One way to order is a self ordering system. Another is with an employee at the beginning of the line. You order, pay, then sit and wait for them to make your order. This is ridiculous for many reasons. Another business taking away any need for human interaction. They were out of an item I ordered but since I already paid at the beginning I couldn't just change my mind and go get something else. I had to settle for whatever they did have Asking for tips as part of the transaction before a service has even been performed! This one gets me. Can I assess that you did well and were kind BEFORE I decide to give you extra money???? The tipping industry nowadays is completely flawed.

Really disappointed they've moved to this system when the store is so small it's really not necessary, AND so many errors could be avoided by just ordering in the moment as the employee is making the food. It makes absolutely no sense.

Food tastes delicious as always and the employees were kind and quick to try to make...
