THE WORSE SERVICE. I went in to purchase breakfast for myself and my 77 year old father. I was alone. I purchased my food and was waiting for it to be ready when I saw my father come into the store. I asked what was wrong he said he needed to go to the bathroom. I said they may not let you because of COVID-19 but I would ask. The manager (RUDE HISPANIC MAN) was coming out of the bathroom. I could hear my dad ask the man if he could use the bathroom. The man says No only customers. My father said I just purchased something. In which he did. He purchased an iced tea. So then the man says well its closed but you can use it this time but its closed. So I ask him is it closed or can he use the bathroom because you are contradicting what you are saying. He says I said he could use it but its closed in a very disrespectful tone. I say to him do not talk to me like that. Im asking if you are saying can he use the bathroom or not because you are being confusing. You get an attitude, PULL YOUR MASK DOWN, and Says to well can you understand this you cant use the bathroom now. And walked away. After making this big sense for no reason it was embarrassing and heartbreaking that people are so rude and ignorant. My 77 year old father could not hold his bladder and had an accident before he could leave the restaurant. The service was poor and I went to the register and got my money back. I understand we are in trying times with everything going on but that is NO WAY TO TREAT PEOPLE. I did not go in there with any Hatred or anger in my heart to have been treated so bad. I also sent a message to corporate. Please understand that some people DO NOT NEED TO BE ON THE FRONT LINE OF AN ORGANIZATION BECAUSE THEY MAKE YOU...

Recently, I ordered in drive thru plus had a order to pick up at the window from app. Never done b4. At the window to recv my drive in food I also gave the # of order to pick up at drive thru for order from app. It gave the option. After person handed me my order to recv order from app that gave me the option to pick up at drive thru.. THEY TOLD ME TO get back in ldrive thru to recv!!! At THIS & location on 450 Md across from Walmart have the worst service in drive thru when there latino women at the window. And its not abt a race at all. Bc there many race/cultures at all McDonalds. Who has awesome service from all. But these 2McDonalds has horrible service. PDT And the food be randomly cold. Always line wait time...
Read moreI would have given this McDonald's five stars as before, but management or franchise owner is pushing for the employees to take the orders at the kiosk rather than the cash register which takes longer to place your order and reverts them back to the register to bring the line down; hence if you're paying cash you have to get in line again at the register. Other than that the place is clean and the employees are nice, but they do need to do something about the parking; everyone that goes to the auction across the street parks at the McDonald's lot and leave very few spaces for customers.
