How much minimum wage will it take to get our orders right like the good old days? Just went through the drive thru at 8pm. Both lanes open and appear to function fine for the customers in front of me, but my lane has a sign saying to announce myself when I get up to the speaker due to the sensor being out. I say hello I am ready to order... wait a few minutes. Maybe they only have one order taker so when I see lane 2 done, I announce myself again. Lady greets the other lane and takes there order. I'm talking and nothing. Then a second car gets served in front of our turn! Cars are getting irritated behind me now. So I call them and tell them the speaker must be broke now too, nope the lady taking orders apparently wasn't switching lanes on her headset. Ugh! I get to the first window to pay, and the person leaves, couple minutes go by and no one comes for payment. Finally the 2nd window has a hand waving me up like a construction crew member. The 1st window guy couldn't just tell me hey, we are gonna start taking payments at the 2nd window do just pull up when it's your turn? (Sorry that's just the considerate portion of my brain I guess). I pay, lady repeats my order, wrong. I said NO cheese, extra pickles on the speaker, they didn't get none of that... my kids all heard me (which is hilarious in and of itself) so now I'm punished further by having to pull around the side of the store to wait. This would have been an appropriate for a professional manager to come out and say, "ma'am I am so sorry for the inconvenience tonight (filled with whatever excuse they had goin on here) we'd like to throw in some treats or give ya some coupons for your trouble. We aim much higher than this and will do better in our training" ... nope. Nothing. And of course!! The one time I don't get a receipt so I can do the customer survey. SMH. By the way the fries were all soggy, they didn't fry them long enough. Rude! And one my my kids burger happy meal and an extra box of nuggets! Good luck with...
Read moreUpdate: as of10/16 /2020 I still haven't received the 2 meal replacement card you promised to send. I was hungry for a qaurter pounder with cheese and a large fry. So about ten days ago got some. Dry cheese rubbered to bread. Asked for extra onion and ketchup. Bun was lifted and cold onions put on limited ketchup. Dry hard sharp pointy fries that sat a while. Went tonight again. 3/5/2020. I said can I have a medium shake, 2 qaurter pounders with cheese extra onion and ketchup One large fry. I explained what happened before and said please don't lift bun and put extras on, we'd like fresh burgers and fries. Lady said oh we always make fresh. I threw mine out. Over twenty dollars. Fries were chewy old frites hard pointiy peices. Burgers dry chewy they lifted bun on warmer burger, cheese was plastic looking over bread not creamy melty but rubber hard dry burger a heap of cold stringy onions , extra pickle and a dab of ketchup. Manager is replacing with meal card but he also said they are made to order. Look I've had my kids and best friend from high school work there. I know what's up. Bad standards. Read moreMy 3 year old was playing on the playspace and was wearing his socks as is mandatory by there posted rules. He took one step off of the equipment space to come sit and eat and slipped on the smooth and slippery tile they have surrounding the play area, smashing his face into the ground, fattening his lip and knocking his front tooth loose. The manager on duty acted extremely annoyed and put out at having to fill out an accident report. Did not ask if my son was okay, did not even look at him until 10 minutes later when the report was filled out and he came to take a picture with his personal camera on his phone. He did not even ask if they could get him some ice or an icepack until he chased me down as we were leaving to make sure the zipcode was correct on my husbands statement.....which was about 20 minutes AFTER the injury occured.
