The experience I had today at this location with the staff was completely awful. How can it be possible to pay for an item in the mobile app and show up and be denied getting it? Receipt showing proof bank record showing the charge and yet they just would not give me the item. The worst part about it all is it’s not possible to re-order it through the app using the coupon I used originally because it’s only a one time a day thing. So the only option I had was to re-order it and pay the full price. I was treated as an absolute inconvenience. I was embarrassed in front of other customers when the female gave her opinion to the other manager guy in such a condescending and accusatory way. Insinuating that somehow by asking them to honor the deal was an attempt at swindling them somehow. Ending with a really loud for the whole restaurant to hear he just doesn’t wanna pay. I was disrespected, gaslit ,belittled and completely insulted by the actions of the female and two of the males that said they were managers . Nobody’s wearing name tags and nobody’s providing a name when I asked so accountability is a little hard to pinpoint. The nightmare extends further into calling the customer service line and dealing with the app people. The amount of empty sorries and promises made but never came to fruition are countless. I highly doubt this level of incompetence and inability to care about follow-through is possible to find anywhere else. Bottom line is when you pay for something and have a receipt and you go in. You’re expecting to get it. You should be able to get it just because their system didn’t show an order number. Isn’t the customer’s issue. The fact that money is being spent results in them having a place to work. This is lost on these people or they sadly just do not care about anything. Customer service oriented. Validating the ego of a McDonald’s employee is clearly the priority. They just absolutely refused to make it right. The Only options they gave me resulted in lost time and getting screwed to pay more or walk away with nothing. The female actually said I am not going to do anything for you. I’ve already told you what is happening and if you don’t understand and can’t see that it’s a win-win for you because you’re getting a refund in two days then you just need to leave now, turned her back and walked away. Proper response would’ve been I’m sorry, sir. This happens. I see that you have confirmation via receipt and bank statement here. I will go ahead and make that for you and I apologize for the inconvenience. What they chose to do is so far from that, it is just disgusting. How many Wong wager that I don’t see any refund action happening in the next couple days? If that does turn out to be the case pursuing, it would be impossible. I asked for some kind of proof or receipt that shows that this will be happening and was denied anything like that. So at this point, I’m just gonna sum it up as they took my money, stole my time while smiling happily, denied me any resolutions. This behavior will most likely will go...

TL;DR: About 10 months ago, staff here openly brought people from the back to stare at me. The franchise owner promised I’d “never see them again” and gave me free food. Both employees still work here — one continues to interact with me in ways that feel targeted. Corporate defers all complaints to the owner, who talks a good game but doesn’t follow through. After repeated incidents and unkept promises, I’m done spending my money here.
Full review: I’ve been a regular customer at this McDonald’s for years, often spending $20–$30 every other day. About 10–11 months ago, I had an experience here that was completely inappropriate — a staff member openly pointed me out to others, bringing people from the back to the front just to stare at me. This was not accidental. Employees who had no reason to be up front took turns looking me over.
I brought this to the attention of the franchise owner in person. He assured me that the individuals involved would no longer be working there and offered free food, which felt like a nice gesture at the time. But in the long term, nothing changed. Both of the people I was told I’d “never see again” are still here, including one who continues to interact with me in ways that feel targeted.
Just recently, that same employee addressed me in a way that made gender the focus of the conversation — unnecessary, inappropriate, and unprofessional, especially given our history. If a customer has already raised concerns about how they’re treated, why would you continue to single them out?
Corporate McDonald’s has been no help, as they defer all complaints about this location to the franchise owner. The owner, while personable in the moment, has shown no follow-through. This means there is effectively no accountability for how customers are treated here.
I used to come here often, but after repeated incidents, unkept promises, and ongoing discomfort, I will be taking my...
Read moreI was in the restaurant 1/5/17 about 9pm, ordered to eat in the dining room. Went to sit down and there wasn't a clean table in the place and there is garbage on the floor. I went to the counter asked for the manager she said that's Me and I told her she wasn't doing a very good job as there wasn't a clean table in the place and it was nearly empty. She began making an excuse instead of offering to clean a table and then asked if I'd like to take my food to go. I said no but on a clean table would be nice. We get our food, go to leave and the manager, as I'm leaving makes a big stupid grin and hand in a"V" sign. So I figure this immature young girl needs to be reported to the owner so I stood outside the lobby with my cell phone in my hand just to get a picture to send to the owner, and she's peeking around the corner hiding. Next she comes out on the phone with 911. She comes out to get my plate number, which I recited to her. At that point, though i'd done nothing wrong, or threatening, thought it would be better to leave. However I am going to follow up on this. I have a witness who was with me the entire time and certainly McDonald's has cameras everywhere. So owners should be able to confirm what I'm posting. This visit marks a new low. They never did...
