Mighty Bowl Hazel Dell — Restaurant in Washington

Customer service was terrible. Placed an order online and when I arrived, the trailer was closed up and it looked like no one was there. Apparently they had a broken water pump which put them behind (of course I dont blame them for that), but no note or anything to let customers know something was up. Since I had already paid online, I called the number on the confirmation email which was to a different location. They were able to tell me someone was on-site & trying to set up, but nothing about what I should do or if I should even try waiting when I asked. A few minutes later they opened and the staff member was completely curt and rude. I'm sure she was frustrated with the issue that morning, but she was very unprofessional with me and the several other customers who were waiting. Once my order was ready, she handed me everything separately (several items) and didn't offer a bag to carry it all in or anything. When I asked for one, she handed it to me and walked away so I had to balance everything awkwardly on the little ledge to try to pack it myself. Very long and frustrating experience. I will not be returning to this location, and may be done with Mighty Bowl at this point.

Follow up: I received an incredibly defensive and accusitory response from the owner of this business following my review which was completely unprofessional. They were clearly upset and did not know how to handle a negative response from a customer without pushing opinion, repeating excuses, and trying to make me feel terrible for an honest review. I will not be returning, and I urge them to reconsider how they handle negative reviews in the future. Instead of swaying me to reconsider my review, their behavior only worsened...

We loooove this place and get takeout here all the time. The food quality is always amazing, but lately the service has been very unreliable. Often times they will be closed when google maps says they're open. Twice, we ordered bowls to pick up, and even though it said it would be ready within 20 minutes, the truck was closed when we arrived (google maps said they were open, and the website allowed us to place a pick up order....not good) There is no number to call or anything. I tried calling the downtown location, but they said they have nothing to do with the truck and had no idea. (What? lol)

I love this place and will continue to be a customer, but it seems like they're struggling with staffing and logistics lately in ways that hopefully improve. I got a bowl today, and while it was delicious, it was the wrong sauce and was missing two toppings that I had paid extra for. Hope you guys can get...

I believe this truck parks right in front of the 505 building on 87th (peace health pavillion) once a week, and I wish they would park here more! I've been getting food from here on my lunch every time they come, for about 2.5 years now. I've never been disappointed. Portions are huge (for me) so I get the Lil cover bowl and just add my favorite toppings. I tried their pickled veggies for the first time today, and I was impressed, as I do not like onions in the slightest, but I thoroughly enjoyed the pickled onion. I've never had to wait for the food longer than 2 minutes. Again, my only complaint is they aren't here every day! But I understand the business has to service other areas :) it beats spending the same amount of money on fast food in the area. And I don't have to...
