Update: The prices on the menu board in the drive-through do not always match the prices you are charged at the cashier's window. For example, the vegan burrito is listed on the board at $7.99, but when you pay for it they charge you $8.39 plus tax. You might not notice this because they only ask you for the total price with tax included, but if you ask them what the price is before the tax (as in the above example) you will realize they are actually charging a small amount extra ($.40 in the above case). This may not seem like much, but over the course of a day and many customers, this could be a lot of money collected and could possibly get them in trouble with the State of Washington. Under RCW 19.94.390, when a restaurant offers food or services and displays a price, that price cannot be misrepresented or misleading—the listed price must accurately reflect what you're actually charged. Old Review: I agree with the good reviews for this restaurant, the food is tasty and authentic. However, if you went to this restaurant 3-4 years ago and then ordered a burrito from it now, you would be shocked with the difference. The prices have gone up 25-30% since back then (understandable), but here's the shocker, the weight of the burritos are 1/3-1/2 of their burritos back in the day. You used to hardly be able to get your hand around their burritos, now you think you have ordered a kid's burrito by mistake when you hold it. When this chain of restaurants first opened they used to have on their menu-sign in the drive-through the words "Giant Burritos" proudly displayed on top. That phrase is no longer there. 1/3-1/2 the food at 25% increase in cost is not my idea of a good deal. One burrito here no longer fills me up...
Read moreThey lost a customer and get a 1 star review over 99 cents. Ordered two orders of nachos, one with normal cheese and the other with extra cheese. I get home and discover the one that is supposed to have extra cheese actually has none and the one with the normal amount of cheese has barely any on it. What's the point of nachos with no cheese? So I return to the location with the orders and explain it to them...apparently the girl taking the order didn't key the extra cheese into the register properly. This seems like an easy fix...just remake the orders the right way, but they insisted on charging me $0.99 for the extra cheese. I would have happily paid the extra amount if they rang it up properly in the first place and I would of gotten the correct orders. Since they refused to remake the orders unless I paid the extra $0.99, I simply got my refund and went to taco bell to get nachos which are larger, accurate, more toppings, and cost less.
Check your order before you leave and if you like cheese find another place go, apparently their "normal" amount of cheese on nachos is literally a...

I think $1.50 is a lot to charge for a squirt of sour cream.
$12.49 for Carne Asada nachos - all greasy chips and not much for toppings. The amount of toppings seems to be inconsistent, I assume depending on who makes it. The last I remember is having a better ratio of toppings to chips - enough toppings to be able to use the chips without a lot left over. Tonight it's way more chips... for more $ to boot.
Also, when paying with a card, they basically force a tip on you. A tip is for above and beyond or service that stands out - service that makes you want to do something extra for them being helpful, kind, etc. I was in the drive thru and got basic/standard service which, in my opinion, is doing the job they were hired to do. They weren't rude or anything, just provided me with the regular drive thru service...
...so I tipped cause I didn't want spit(or god knows what else) in my food(cause who should be afraid of that if you don't tip?) But now I know to bring...
