Horrible experience last 3 times ive gone!! Worst sandwhiches every single time it never fails I worked at mill plain and garrison square subway for 4 years. I know a good store when i see it. This store for years has had one the worse staffing and sandwhich making stores ive ever seen.
First off..bread is always under proofed flatish bread and was today when i went in. I ask for 5 literally say 5 jalepenos on the cheese.....they alllllllways put a hand full of them....and on the bread not the cheese which that part isnt a big deal but the amount is absurd and they should be listening to customers on how they want there sandwhiches.
I asked for good amount of lettus they put hardly any at all...
I asked for extra toasted they did that to perfection though :) this time most the time its way under cooked and cold for chicken bacon ranch melts
Then they two girls said not 1 word to me amd my girlfriend while making the food besides asking what we wanted and kept forgetting which is understandable i do it sometimes to...
Then they because the fact they put my jalepenos on the bottom of the bread when they put lettus on it and same veggies they couldnt tell which was which so when we both got different stuff towards the end they mixed them up completely. And also put little to no sauce on our sandwhiches and was super dry and flat and mushy due to the under proofing and or baking. That part with the bread ive seen it happen for years now also when i asked for certain amounts of veggies or my bacon on top they insist on doing it under where it gets stringy and not crispy or there own way or absurd amounts of jalepenos...
Read moreNew store policy... All vegetables provided to the customer, per this stores owners direction/orders (NOT CORPORATE) is to be very minimal, and if the customer wants anywhere near half of what they would normally receive they would have to (PAY EXTRA)??? Don't they know, this is why people come to Subway is to get a variety of extra veggies on their sub. I ordered a footlong sub, and asked for provolone, I got it, then asked for a descent amount of shredded Cheese, I received about (2) tablespoons stretched over a footlong. I received about 2/3rds of a handful of Lettuce, (5) Pickles, (8) olives, (4) pepper coins, (5) red onion pieces, and (4) Green pepper pieces. Are you kidding me private Subway owner!!! This is how you lose business. This is the single worst sub sandwich shop experience EVER. This includes a vast amount of subways nationally, even in a small town near Hilo, Hawaii. As well as many other sub shop franchises not named Subway, nation wide. I just wanted the normal amount of veggies that has always been provided at Subway for many years, and was denied. Oh, no so, I can have more, but only if I (PAY extra) for the for it. Not a smart move, even if you're trying to pinch your penny's. End result lost customers. That won't keep your doors open. Oh wait, there are other Subways in Vancouver, WA that don't skimp there customers. Moving on to them now...
Read moreI come to this Subway five days a week and have always tipped. The Latinx woman that is always curt at this location and identifies herself as the manager declined to allow me to have all the jalapeno's I want. I do not get all veggies which I could. She says she can apply six but all staff including herself have always gave me my desired amount. She declined to charge me extra which I told her I was happy to pay because she doesn't have a button to do so. This is her problem and subways problem. Because of her behavior coupled with her attitude I will never go back to that store. Most subways in Vancouver,Washington have already closed and I am afraid for your company you should expects her next. I I asked her to charge me more or she would forfeit the sale and she threw my sandwich away. I do not have before work breakfast and I wasted my time coming here. I will...
