Read moreUpdate to respond to the manager Milad’s claim that I requested lunch menu at dinner time: I was there at 2:30pm and the menu states lunch menu is available 11am-4pm. Regarding fries: the menu describes your wraps as “served with fries”, you should add that it’s only on take-out orders a d inform your customers of the steep ectra charge for the fries should they order it when dining in. More dishonesty will only ensure your business is not successful.
Visited this place for the first time yesterday after a friend recommended the doner wrap. We were given dinner menus which didn’t have any wraps and when I asked about the lunch menu they have on their website, the server said that the wraps were only for take-out. I was suprised since my friend just had it there, so I told him about that; then he proceeded to say “OK, I’ll get you the wraps- chicken or beef?” I was put off by this but didn’t want to rate so fast. After we ate our wraps, I asked for the bill and the server brought the POS machine and I noticed the service fee was included so I asked to be sure as he was trying to chat us up real quick, he said “No, the tip is not included” and didn’t ask if want a receipt. After the word salad, I looked at the charges and realized it is significantly higher than the amount listed on the menu. So I went in and asked for a receipt; not only the tip WAS included but he had added $16.90 for french fries on the bill, even though the menu lists the “wraps come with fries- see attached); I never ordered fries nor was I informed that the wraps comes with fries but you have to pay extra $8.45 for it. (the dishonesty is really off-putting and bad business). When I confronted him about this, he offered a refund quickly but alas I’m not going back there. It’s unfortunate to have Turkish cuisine presented in such...
Read moreLet me start off by saying I’m not a picky eater. People, please avoid this place because the food sucks and I’m not being hateful, try it out yourself and you’ll see what I mean. So I went with a family member who has a lot of experience in cooking, and she smelled the off-putting smell of her food (adana kebab) as it was placed infront of her. Upon taking a bite, she had no doubt the meat was very old. Not only that but it tasted awful. I had ordered lamb chunks and it was the most tasteless and bland meat I have had. Even our appetizers were bland/subpar. To add to this, the entrees were $26 and $27. They should be for $3 each by the taste and quality of it. It’s not even about the money if the food was decent. It was extremely hot inside too because the kitchen and seating area were in one room, and nothing was blocking the kitchen’s heat from reaching customers. The servers were really nice, and I even feel guilty writing this review. But they shouldn’t be charging such prices or even operating as a restaurant, and it’s just wrong to serve such food to people who are excited and want to spend their hard earned money. On a side note, the two older gentlemen sitting besides us left all of their food after taking a bite, paid, and left. Their dissatisfaction was so transparent. Go elsewhere and you’ll save yourself from a terrible experience. No...
