Absolutely sublime omakase. Chef Tadayoshi curates a warm, inviting experience that not only delights the palate but brings you closer to the cuisine through two varieties of sushi rice, modern and traditional, each paired with a variety of fish. The drinks offered were also top class — we tried a few different glasses of sake and plum wine that were all unique. Some standouts in the nigiri were the uni (best we have had), a marinated trout that surprised us, and of course a few tuna cuts that were fabulous.
