The Willard Center — Attraction in Washington

Went to afternoon tea. Not impressed with the serve consider the cost and how "high class" this was supposed to be. We were never offered another drink, never offered more hot water to ensure our tea stayed warm. What is not to love about these views. The space was cozy for the event. The atmosphere was evening bar and relaxing.
