Salam didn't smile, was rude, inattentive, and made it obvious she was annoyed for us sending back a margarita with brunette hair in it for my fiance (I am blonde). She clearly doesn't want to be there. Anyway, We receieved all the food including appetizer and meal before salam took 3 busibess days to grab the mojito and margarita we ordered (which had someone'sbrunette hair in it, I am blonde). With all the food on front of us, we were never provided with extra plates, napkin, and fork. I had to ask someone else for this cause Salam was yapping with other servers. Salam then gave me the bill in which was missing the margarita and mojito (marg had someone's hair in it) and we were pleased she comped us (bill was $50, then came right back with a bill of 91 (she forgot the drinks the first check). We were ready to tip almost 50 (paid w a 100 bill) but less than 10 is fitting for the poor service. We observed ample cross contamination sitting directly across from the kitchen, as if we hadn't already lost our appetite from the hair floating in my fiance's drink. Thank you Salam and culinary staff for ruining pf changs for us forever. This was my fiance's first time here, and truly our last. Terrible service. Everyone else was attended to so well by everyone else. Perhaps Salam should hostess instead or do something else that doesn't involve...

DO NOT RECOMMEND PLEASE READ. I’ve never experienced terrible service at PF Changs until I had to be at this airport. I don’t care if anyone agrees or not but I’m going to bring up race. I literally paid attention to how an handful of the employees on the clock treated certain people versus others. I’m not sure if it’s a colorist thing or a stereotypical fear thing but one group of people came in they’re treated with the best services (As they should for EVERYONE) but when it came to another group it was HARDLY the bare minimum of hospitality given. I even tried to help get one of the waitresses attention along with older man tapping her shoulder across from me so that this young guy could ask a question or receive service in our table section. Literally the waitress stares RIGHT AT HIM and walks away and everyone in that table section was shocked. Some didn’t understand that there was underhanded mistreatment going on but me and that guy who was ignored definitely seen and felt it. Another example was in a different table section, some received consistent services the entire time I was there, while others had to wait 15-20 minutes to get WATER, JUST WATER! I really pray something gets addressed here at this location but this underhanded mistreatment because of how people look, dress, or perhaps speak is seriously...

They just scammed me for a few dollars. When I asked for the bill the prices that they charged me for was not the same of the prices of the menu they gave me. When I notified them of the discrepancy they first stated there was a change of prices and that I must have received an old menu. I asked to see the menu and they gave me a new menu with the prices they charged me for on the bill. I notified them that it’s not right to show someone a price and then charge something something else for it. The waiter asked, “Do you want to speak to a manager” and I replied yes. The manager did not talk to me and instead the waiter came back and said the manager added a discount. She took $1.50 off one of the items. They still overcharged me over 25% to 30%. I would carefully watch your menu, because they just robbed me.

Of course the airport or the place isn’t going to care as they are in a prime setting to take advantage of travelers leaving in and out of destinations. Great opportunity to continue to scrape a few dollars. More like...

Overall experience was ok and the food was good, but service was not on par with what I’ve come to expect at PF Chang’s in other locations. Was offered a special airport breakfast menu, I asked about the breakfast fried rice and was told it was very good. When we sat down, we were told the breakfast fried rice was not available because “they were missing some ingredients”, but that we were welcome to order the (more expensive) regular fried rice which had nearly the exact same ingredients. It took discussing the perception that this was a bait-and-switch with the manager and explicitly asking for the solution before she acquiesced and gave the regular fried rice at the breakfast rice price. Having an item on the menu that you aren’t offering is one thing, just cross it out or tell your guests when they ask about it at the host station. The optics of a restaurant lying about food to customers is bad. The last thing you want to do is then try to pressure the guest to order a more expensive item with the same ingredients. Very poor form!

Food was fine, limited 'late-night' menu at 9 pm. It's at the airport so I guess $52 for Mongolian Beef, fried rice, and a Sapporo is the norm. Sat at the bar. The bartenders were very focused on cleaning. They did a nice job of it too. I could tell as the red disinfectant bucket was placed in front of the seat adjacent me, even though the section they were working on was completely empty. Then the freshly cleaned garnish buckets came to join it, luckily my empty bowl was able to find enough room to remain sitting there. Fortunately, I needed nothing else. The luck continued with the ticket being placed in front of me just seconds after ordering. Since I was paying cash, and had the correct denominations, I was able to walk out having barely spoken to anyone during my visit, aside from requesting silverware/napkin. I left a decent tip, but it wasn't earned in the slightest. It makes sense.why you have a score below 4 stars (3.6 as I write this). 4 stars on atmosphere for the war horse.

This PF Chang has a 2.9 rating for a reason, weighteresses are smart, they know it's a business class that dines mostly and they won't get more than18% tip. Plus the copks are horrible, you can't compare this store to a regular mall pf chang, difference is day and night. Let's say you order peper steak, you will get something with pepper and steak, just not pepersteak, you will get your food when you gat it and how they make it, it really doesn't matter because you have a flight to catch so you shut up and eat, you tell your self never again, bit destiny has you dining in this filthy pit for a second time, and they screw you again the 2nd time, now you write a review
