Pizza Boli's — Restaurant in Washington

I ordered the 9 wing special online to pick up. Unfortunately the online ordering system needs work as it tried to upcharge blue cheese when it states it comes with the special. I explain this to the gentleman in front and he refuses to give me a blue cheese, saying he can't do anything. How can you not give me the blue cheese that was promised? He brings a superior to which I explained everything again and ONLY then did they take my order back. The attitude made me doubtful they resolved the matter so I open the bag to check if it had blue cheese and the man proceeded to get upset and yell "I just put it there!". To which I responded that I'm allowed to check my order because its not the first time I'm missing items and there's no need to get upset. He simply said "THEN GO BUY SOMEWHERE ELSE!". I'd love to go and order at another pizza bolis, but unfortunately you're the only one located in uptown, but the behavior from staff really makes it unwelcoming. And soo stingy with their sauces and ketchup! There needs to be a change in staff or management in the evening hours because their attitude is pitiful and laughable. It's not a first time thing either, but they should be aware of it. All over blue cheese, you're arguing with me over...

Asking customers for tips is just bad taste. In all my years of work I've never done it after rendering a service. Never. Maybe make convo or go above the call of duty to please a few customers but never straight out asked where is my tip 💁🏽‍♂️ Good way to get nothing

You'd think after referring people there every single night I'd get a break but no. After spending 40 bucks on below average pasta (served with extra unwanted ingredients not mentioned in the description) that I'd get a break. Just like I'd expect a tip for driving a Benz, Tesla, BMW or Maserati through a tiny parking garage carefully... But I don't ask. That's bad taste. Now I'm afraid to order here cause the driver might spit in my wings or something. Options are limited overnight but this place is off the table. Won't be referring any of my customers there anymore.. Tossing this big stack of menus they never forget to...

Supported this establishment at Tenleytown since the pandemic. Yesterday, I ordered two small pizzas with spinach. The pizza had a sweet taste and the dough (crust) was odd. What was the taste? Sugar/cinnamon. Clearly they used the same pan, or failed to clean the churro pan and put a pizza on top. I immediately returned the food, and I am hoping they did not keep the pizza and give it to another customer. I pointed out to the cinnamon to the cashier (who did not even apologize). Thankfully I will never come back to this place. I do not recommend sweet pizza. 0.06/10 do...
