Upon the recommendation of a friend, I checked out Allen Custom Frame for a very important piece - a wedding gift for my bride! From the start, I could tell that I was in good hands. The gift had to be made in a week and we definitely had some work to do to make the piece pop - including a carve out of two pieces from their original frames and dropping them into a new gorgeous frame that brought it all together.

Their work enhanced the originals I provided handily and, more importantly to both me and my wife, helped tell a story that mattered to both of us. Thank you and looking forward to getting our best piece framed...

I have been coming to Alan Custom Frame since 2009, have had 9/10 pieces framed, and have never been disappointed. They have some of the best customer service and really work with you to make your piece shine. They guarantee their work, so if something doesn't look right, they'll make it right. I've never had to take them up on this perk, but I'm glad I have it.
