This has been my location for two years now and I have been nothing other than disrespected ever since they hired a new young lady. I don't know if she`s purposely rude to customers because of the area or what the case may be but if this continues I will be forced to take my business else where. I was verbally disrespected and to make matters worst the last two visits since the initial incident she has over charged me for my drink. I get the same exact frap in a venti size and now all of a sudden I'm paying $8 for the same drink I normally pay $6 for. The visit before this I got 3 fraps one venti and 2 tall for $9 so I cant understand how I'm charge this much for one??!!! This isn't about money its about respect and good customer service. I don't know if they have less people applying for employment at this location but she needs a transfer and if they need people I have plenty of clients seeking employment in the customer service field at this time. Something definitely needs to be done about this situation though because how am I to know that she not doing anything to my drink along side the over charge. It isn't fair to me to switch locations and go out of my way to another because of her poor customer service!!!!!!!! I thought Starbucks prides themselves on GREAT CUSTOMER SERVICE????????...
Read moreMy experience at this Starbucks is always a hit and miss. The male employees are usually very pleasant. However, the woman can be very Catty, Combative, and Rude. As if you didn’t just pay for your order.
The attitudes are very dismissive. I am standing here waiting for my mobile order that was supposed be ready at 9:46 am. The young lady got upset when I kindly inquired about my order. I wanted to assure that my order was received.
Some of the employees don’t have names on their name tags. The young lady had a “M” as her name with dread locs (possibly faux locs). She also made slick comments saying “Hunhhhhh… No Funny” while speaking rude mutters under her breath, but loud enough for her colleagues to hear. Followed by chuckles from those same female colleagues.
Absolutely HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE, but I guess that’s what to expect in this area....
Read moreI was feeling poorly and wanted a medicine ball from Starbuck's. Since this location is in my neighborhood and I wasn't feeling the best, I thought I could come here quickly. "Janie" at the registers was very friendly and handled my transaction with a great big smile! I appreciated her level of professionalism. She represents your company well. When I got to the counter and after waiting several minutes, I asked "Jamal" for my drink. He told me it was coming, and then he called the patrons BEHIND me! I suppose I wasn't supposed to ask for my order, and because of that, I had to wait a little longer. It's really sad that we play games with each other in business. It's also sad that I have to take my business, a resident of Ward 8, to VA for better service...
