The trainee cashier was super sweet and really was trying. She reread my order back to me and had to correct some items, which she forgot to change the size of a particular drink. When it was time to get one of my drinks, I brought up the size was incorrect to one of the baristas that were making the drinks, the woman (barista) responsed "OH MY GOD, you were charged for a tall, see!", as she pointed to the label. I told her I guess I would be charged for a venti, and I would go and talk to the cashier. I thought, ok, this woman is not having a good morning. A nice man working everywhere (making drinks, helping the trainee, serving others and he was a cashier too) he had the barista make my drink without charging me, thank you🙏. When I went to get the rest of my drinks, I had to remind the baristas about the drinks. The drinks ended up having no labels, which means no names, and did not know what the drinks were. I mentioned I was handed a drink but I still needed my Jade Citrus Mint tea, (normally the teabag tags are hanging out of the cup so I am aware it is a tea drink, not this time). Both women (baristas) acted as if I should know what the drinks were and they were my drinks. At one point, one of the women tried to tell me a drink that was not claimed was mine. Again, it did not have a label and ended up not being my drink. The baristas were very "strung" out, absolute hostile, not sure if it was a personality issue. They lacked an organized structural system, and they seem to think it is "ok" to talk down to whoever they want to, and that is OK. It's pretty sad that the lack of respect and customer service training, possibly lack of help too. Shift time...

Starbucks has always been my go-to place for both productivity and relaxation. Whether I’m working on assignments, reading, or just taking a break, the atmosphere always feels welcoming and consistent across locations. The gentle aroma of freshly brewed coffee, the warm lighting, and the subtle background music create a sense of calm that’s hard to find elsewhere.
The baristas here are usually friendly, attentive, and efficient — even during the morning rush hours, they handle long lines with professionalism and a smile. I especially appreciate how they remember regular customers’ names and preferred drinks. The service feels personal, which makes a huge difference in the overall experience. The store is also clean and well organized, with enough seating options for both solo visitors and small groups.
As for the drinks, Starbucks offers impressive consistency. Whether it’s a simple Americano, a seasonal Pumpkin Spice Latte, or a custom iced espresso with oat milk, the quality remains reliable. I also enjoy their food options, especially the breakfast sandwiches and cake pops, which are perfect for a quick bite.
Beyond coffee, Starbucks has become a small sanctuary — a place where people read, talk, think, and pause amid the chaos of daily life. It’s more than a coffee shop; it’s part of a comforting...
Read moreI absolutely love Starbucks and I go at least couple of days a week. This was by far the worst service I’ve ever received. Ever. There were boxes in the way of getting in line that someone could’ve tripped on one. The coffee was great and the guy making the drinks was nice but the girl taking the order was terrible. She didn’t even greet us when we came up to the counter, and she left total of 4 times in the middle of us ordering. Just walked off. She didn’t even excuse herself or apologized for it. Every time we would order an item she’d follow it with “is that it for you guys”. She ended up saying that sentence 4 times; which got very annoying after the first 2 times. On top of everything else she forgot one of the food items that we ordered. I had to get back in line to wait to get up to the counter again and when I got there and told her, all she said was “oh I forgot. Here you go.” Not a single apology. I would never go to...
