Two Brothers Chicken — Restaurant in Washington

I ordered today from DoorDash. Seeing that they were new, I decided to give them a try. I got the three piece chicken with wedges. I ordered a ginger ale but got a Faygo cola instead. The only thing decent about my food was the honey biscuit. The chicken is practically inedible. It was dark, fried hard and had a horrible taste. It’s obvious they are recycling old grease. I could smell it as soon as I opened the box. Everything about this meal has now made my stomach turn. I wanted to like yall but this first impression has left me frowning. Best of luck to you all. Hopefully you can turn it around enough for me to give you another try...

I will say - it’s hard to find great customer service in DC. Especially when dining out. My first experience was okay but the second time here is what matters.

I was reached out to on IG from the page regarding my experience and from the start to the very end they did all the right things to make me feel like this is my go to place now. The management was apologetic and the second time around was as it should be and then more. This will serve as a staple here on The Ave. As a Washingtonian- we thank you guys for being here and being standup.

Did I mention how clean it was as well inside...

I ordered chicken , onion rings , biscuit, and the Fire burger with the Mango Lemonade !

This was for my wife and I to eat (8/11/2025)

Chicken was crunchy but presentation made it look like it was fried in old grease although chicken was tender on inside.

Biscuit was decent

The Fire Burger was absolutely GOOOD!

Onion rings was terrible. Fried hard ! Half Burnt can’t taste onion just fried batter !

Finally , lemonade was I got wasn’t balanced between the flavor I chose ( mango lemonade) and it was quite syrupy.

Overall 6/10
