Alhumdullilah this is the 1st time someone made authentic afghani burger …. You made it with care and lots of fresh ingredients. I ate it with my family and we all loved it. Their were many reasons to enjoy this delicious, tasty burgers from them …1st thing we tasted fresh ingredients were used is the main key… the size of the burgers were big size and not a normal size and wait time is usually 15-20 minutes when u order , inside the burger is so many tasty ingredients that it’s huge … all worth the wait…Alhumdullilah we still enjoyed eating our burgers since after 4 months rain started to pour in Dallas while we we’re enjoying our burgers…. So brother Ehsan keep making theses wonderful tasty authentic burgers and Inshallah we will come again and many more customers will join you at your food truck…. Please all come and enjoy ur authentic burger from brother ehsan food truck and support as many people as we can that started their halal business with a food truck… May Allah swt put lots of Barakah in your business...

I’ve been a fan of Ehsan Burger since their food truck days in the Irving area, not sure if it’s still active there. But today, on my way to work I was passing by, saw their sign, turned to find out they’ve opened a new spot in Watauga. Today was my first time visiting the new location, and I was not disappointed!

I ordered two chicken shawarmas, and they were absolutely delicious – packed with flavor, juicy, and wrapped perfectly. The quality of the food is just as amazing as I remember, and you can really taste how clean and fresh everything is.

The new place is clean, welcoming, and run by young men who clearly care about the food they serve. It’s great to see a local favorite grow while keeping the same passion and quality they were known for.

I had a wonderful meal with friends from out of town here. Everything about our visit was fantastic - The man behind the counter was extremely kind, the interior of this restaurant is very well done, and the portions! Wow! Come here very hungry, because everything is extremely large - delicious too! I also love the fact that there are several rare drinks in the cooler to choose from. I was excited to see that they have bottled ayran. It's a popular yogurt drink across the middle east that I haven't seen too often here in DFW. Ehsan Burger have both plain and mint flavored.
