The old lady at the window was beyond rude. I asked for an iced mochiatto which is usually half milk half strong coffee. They gave me a cup of milk with a splash of regular coffee. My chicken chorizo wrap was frozen on the inside. I asked for a different coffee since it wasn't done right, and they gave me the sane thing again. If I wanted a basic iced coffee, I would not have paid the mochiatto price. Honestly, the Hamilton location always gets my order wrong or give me a drink with expired milk. Anytime I think enough time has passed, this location reminds me just how much they suck. I'll keep to Starbucks, if I'm going to overpay for my breakfast, I'd like my order to ne correct and the staff to be a least a little bit friendly. They closed the doors 18 minutes early and when approached at the door he huffed, puffed, groaned, moaned, and cussed under his breath. Fortunately, for their sake I have completed multiple classes of mandatory anger management and successfully gained some knowledge as well as some patience from these "mandatory" sessions. LOL!! At the very least, I am grateful for the fact that I was able to fill my home container of sugar. To top it off, I will not need any straws nor napkins for the "kiddos" in my vehicle or home!!!
