Freight Street Grill — Restaurant in Waterbury

I ordered from this restaurant through the Uber eats app. First off the restaurant ripped me off and didn’t put in a breakfast platter that I ordered and was charged for. I paid for priority delivery and the delivery driver left part of my order at the restaurant. I called the restaurant to let them know of their error and they told me I would have to come pick up the rest of my food. 😡 I asked to speak to the manager and was told by a young girl that she was the manager. I was then put on the phone with a young man who pretended to be the manager. So I went down to pick up my food and was told by the young lady that the delivery driver dropped off my missing food!!! I explained to her what was in the contents of my bags that were delivered and she had to apologize and make the platter that was missing. I paid a lot of money for this food because it was through Uber eats. I at least expect to get all of the food that I ordered. This is a mess. I hope they take care to appreciate their customers. Went it for a late breakfast and left out being spit at by the owner whom was angry that I pointed out two pieces of hair on two different plates. After he screamed and yelled in my face while i was holding my toddler he proceeded to tell me that I planted the hairs myself to get out of paying for my 36$ bill. Mind you I’m trying to pay for my bill the whole time he’s screaming in my face. So I told him, you can relax and allow me to pay my bill or I’ll walk out the door in which he responded so walk out the door!
