KFC — Restaurant in Waterbury

Ordered our food at 3:40pm. We went through the drive through to pick up and waited at the speaker for several minutes to be told we need to come inside for pick up orders. We got inside after the estimated pick up time and the girl standing at the counter would not look at us. She only had one customer waiting on the pick up side of the counter. She then proceeded to talk to a friend who was sitting at the restaurant. I interrupted to let her know i was there to pick up an online order. They never opened the order. We waited for an additional 35 mins for them to make our order. Meanwhile people with much larger orders in the drive through came and went. All in all we waited 55 mins for an order at a fast food restaurant. I should note there was a family there that had been waiting before we entered, and were still waiting when we left. No one apologized for the wait, no one cared, the girl seemed put out and annoyed about having to do her job- poorly at that. The restaurant was filthy. The floor and counters covered in dried sticky soda. No one cared to clean it up. The tables had not been wiped down well. There is nothing positive I could say about this location. This KFC is the most unorganized restaurant I've ever been in first of all when you place an order online you should be able to go there pick up your order not here The doors were locked so you couldn't go inside so you had to wait in a long line and went around the building in order to get your order so instead of being a quick pick up and end up being the 30-minute pickup when I got there they couldn't find my order I called the store several times the first time somebody picked up they just hung up they are not professional at all The manager was standing there with her hands in her pockets watch everybody else scramble trying to please the customers if I had been doing a CSBG for this store it would have plung big time so disappointed I probably will not return to that store again service was bad wait time was awful The food was okay but it was not warm very...

This is by far the WORST KFC I’ve been to! My son and I love KFC and have gone to many before especially a quick dinner or lunch! This place is EXTREMELY SLOW and very dingy and dirty appearance. There was a very nice Spanish lady but I just hate the fact that you order in the drive through and then have to pull up to the door or in a space to WAIT EVEN LONGER for your food! It’s literally called “fast food” for a reason. Management is also very horrible, I am honestly not sure how this specific location is even still open tbh. There’s no organization, no cleanliness, let alone HORRIBLE customer service, and everything is completely outdated! It’s horrible!!!
