2025 update: came here to use a $50 gift certificate and was told that i could only use it on a Monday and ONLY IF I SPEND 100 DOLLARS. dude, who on earth is eating ONE HUNDRED AND FIFTY DOLLARS WORTH OF FOOD FOR A SINGLE MEAL??? i just wanted a pizza and chicken wrap, maaaaybe a bowl of lentil soup. they were also extremely rude and nasty and wrinkled up my gift certificate while telling me that it was not valid in their store initially even though it is clearly stamped and signed and embossed by the owner, with their address on it, and clearly states that it is good for $50, not including tax or gratuities. absolutely disgusting, i am a long time customer who has spent thousands of dollars in this restaurant AND I WILL NEVER RETURN AGAIN EVER. YOU STOLE. YOU ARE WRONG. I HOPE ANYBODY WHO CONSIDERED GETTING A GIFT CERTIFICATE WILL THINK TWICE. YOU ARE WRONG.all stars removed.

OLD REVIEW FROM SIX YEARS AGO:Yumyumyum love this place, and if you need a super fast filling meal, order the butter chicken, comes with a great chicken to rice ratio and they'll have it bagged up in less than 2 minutes. The dining room is very cozy and romantic even though this is a strip mall restaurant, it's super classy for the location yet still competitively priced.if I'm hungry on this side of town, this is where I wanna go!the staff is amazing and the food is soooooo freaking good. It is NOT Indian food, it is Afghan fusion food so, in my opinion, it's actually more palatable cuz the combos are tasty and familiar yet unique so I was able to bring my kids to dinner without any fussing from them and they also loved their food too! The pizza is delicious, great cheese and crust however the butter chicken pizza is $18, which does not match the price on the store window and there's only like 5 pieces of chicken on it...so most of your slices won't have any chicken at all. disappointing but...

(2025 UPDATE) I initially gave the restaurant a 5 star, and it will now have to be reduced for the following reasons. I recently picked up their lunch special butter chicken and realized very quickly that the portions have changed. In 2024, I got Salad 10%, Chicken 40%, and Rice 50%. Now, in 2025 their serving Salad 40%, Chicken 20% and Rice 40%. What's the point of calling it a Butter Chicken lunch special if you give the customer more rice and salad instead of chicken. (Video has been posted. Don't be fooled by the sauce placed over the rice to make the butter chicken portion look bigger; it had very few pieces of actual chicken).

(2024 - The initial 5 Star Review) From first-time customer to regular customer. I purchased a chicken wrap ($6.99) with small fries ($2.99). The food was fresh and tasty. The chicken has a tint of Cajun taste to it. I intentionally took a photo of the food next to their menu for measurement purposes.

I checked out their lunch special ($9.99) menu, and both the advertised combo's with Rice & Chicken are fresh & well made.

The environment is typically clean and spotless, and customer service is dependent on whether you get a female or male. The males tend to be rough around the edges, and the females are typically friendly and polite.

I am extremely disappointed with my experience at Hasana's Grill. I had planned to dine in at the restaurant, but when I arrived at 8:55pm, I was told that dine-in was closed. This was despite the fact that the restaurant was scheduled to close at 10:00pm. To make matters worse, when I asked for take away, I was told that I could only order from three dishes on the menu, with no salads or sides. This was extremely disappointing, as I had been looking forward to trying the full range of dishes on the menu. I understand that the staff may have wanted to leave early, but this should not have been at the expense of the customers. I will not be returning to Hasana's Grill in the future.

Update on this : still the worst service provided. I was there back to feel better from my previous experience. But, I regret it now. I was there October,13, 2024 and showed the lady at the counter and told her that I was promised with a $20 off but she said it was nothing they did at Husnas grill and also she said the comment was from last year. What do you expect me to come the next day after a bad experience?
