I just had the absolute worst experience I’ve ever had with a delivery service. I ordered a pizza at 6:21 pm. Website stated roughly 62 minutes. Around 7:20 the mobile App’s tracker stated the food has been delivered Of course this is not the case and I do not have any food. After calling at 7:30 the associate at the store said it should be at my place within a few cause she has already left. Called back again 25 min later. The associate now said the driver should be there any moment. She left the store 20 min ago. He told me to call back if the driver has not delivered my pizza within the next 5 to 10 minutes. I called again 15 min later and the associate told me the pizza has already been dropped off at my door as I requested “contactless” delivery. As if I have not been standing at my front door for 40 min already waiting for a possibly cold pizza. After telling the associate very calmly that I have not received any pizza and I’m waiting at my front door He then places me on hold for almost 10 min. Comes back on the line and tells me that he will make me a “fresh” pizza and make sure I have a “rush delivery”. Does not offer any compensation, refund, or anything extra for this absurd inconvenience. I then asked what he considers a rush delivery being that a normal delivery is 2 hours. He tells me within 35 to 45 minutes! Of course i was livid and asked for a refund. Just recently moved to the area and I used to like Dominos. Now I’m starving and furious. Too bad this location stinks, looks like I’ll be ordering elsewhere...
   Read moreI never usually have a problem there. Saturday night got the medium stuff crust which is usually on point and also bread bites. Bread bites were ok. By the pizza had a hair cooked in the the crust, sauce was sour, half that had pineapple and pineapple tasted rotten, the crust had no parm and hardly any cheese in the stuffed crust. I tried calling that night and sat on hold for almost a half hour. Sunday same thing. I finally got through to someone today, I have my receipt with pics of hair. They hung up on me and then when I called back left me on hold again to avoid the issue. KEITH USUALLY DOES GOOD WORK NOT SURE IF HE WAS THE ONE ON THE PHONE THAT HANDLED THIS LIKE TRASH BUT AFTER BEING LOYAL FOR YEARS THEY LOST A LONG TIME LOCAL CUSTOMER. NEVER AGAIN. I’ve been in restaurant management for 20 yrs. This whole experience was nuts. Never again.
UPDATE: after sitting in hold for 20 min as they wanted to ignore my call after I called back, I called back again and was yelled at that I apparently cussed at the employee and she’s not remaking my food. Now being Tuesday I knew it was a long shot even though I tried 4 times to get through since Saturday night when it happened, SO WHY WOULD I CUSS THE KID OUT.    Read moreCame in last night a hour before closing , after I had called and was left on hold for over 15 minutes and the guy working (assuming he was a manager or a supervisor because the driver was doing dishes or something in the back) was so rude! I have never ever experienced such miserable, angry aggression from someone. He didn’t speak when we walked in . We spoke and asked how his night was and he didn’t reply. We even apologized for coming in a hour before closing . The energy and animosity got so bad after placing the order that we had to tell him to just cancel the order and we would reach out to our bank for a refund.we were honestly worried that he would do something to our food. We’ve only been to this location once before and the gentleman ( I think he was the store manager) was so nice and was able to modify the pizza the way we like it. But that will be the last time we ever go here and it’s sad one disgruntled employee can cause you to lose a customer. I’m a regional manager and I was so appalled by this guy’s behavior that I had to leave a review. Hopefully someone will read this and address it properly.
