McDonald's — Restaurant in Waterford Township

Placed a mobile pickup order at the Elizabeth lake rd location in Waterford Mi (picture of receipt below). The order consisted of three $5 mcdouble meal deals, two mchickens and two double cheeseburgers. When I arrived at the drive-thru, the guy at the first window who handed me my receipt was rude and acted as if he was being bothered. Got to the second window and was asked to pull up and wait for someone to bring my food out to my car. After waiting approximately 5 mins a male employee came with my order and asked "are you the one with the huge order?", I stated it was a decent sized order but not huge and we both laughed it off and I went home with my food. Once home I realize 2 of the mcdoubles only had one burger patty and the fries were cold and my medium fry had less fries in it than the small fries that came with the meal deals. Very disappointed in all aspects of this location and their employees. McDonald's wants to upcharge $1.40 for 2 half slices of bacon(really 1 whole slice of bacon, they just want it to sound like you are getting more for your money) but they can't even place the right amount of burger pattys on their mcdoubles! I would suggest anyone who decides to order from this location to double check that they are getting what they paid for and not half of what they paid for. I find it ironic that the employee who handed me my order felt he needed to state it was a huge order yet half the meat was missing from 2 of my mcdoubles. Also there is no point in trying to call the store they will not answer and if they do pick up the phone they hang it...

Ordered a single quarter pounder with cheese meal. What I received was a double quarter pounder with no onions. Not only was the burger wrong it tasted old and gross. Took one bite and had to throw it in the trash. The fries also tasted really old and had no salt on them. Every single time I order from this McDonalds there is something either wrong or missing. I get shorted nuggets in the kids meal, I dont get the kids milk I ordered, or I have to ask for the drink after the fact, burger is wrong, fries are missing. I am convinced that the workers at this McDonalds make it a game and take great joy in screwing up people's orders.

No Lil McDonald's Happy Meal toys. Today is 07/01 when the Lil McDonald's Happy Meal toys are supposed to come out. The app for this location says they have Lil McDonald's Happy Meal toys and my receipt says Lil McDonald's Happy Meal toys. Imagine my sweet 4 year old child's surprise to receive an old Sonic toy in his Happy Meal box. He was so disappointed and sad. So it seems this location holds onto to the good new Happy Meal toys and tries to dump off really super old Happy Meal toys. If I had known I would have to another location. There are other reasons but I really feel that this not a well run franchise. Avoid this location.

The manager that works nights at this location is very unprofessional and rude. My bf abt through the drive though 2 orders and not complicated ones at that. The guy that was taking the order barely spoke English. I ordered a burger that comes with bbq and receive one with sirracha. After he gave them back three orders that were wrong. I would have said zero stars. Very dissatisfied and won't be back ever!! Not only did I call the next day to speak to a different manager, a man named Andrew said he was the manager and was even worse. Andrew said we would be reimbursed with the right meals, then my bf goes to get them. Andrew acted as if he didn't ever speak with me. I am so disgusted with this establishment. The "manager" said they would review the cameras and retrain the people working that night. Everything he said was a lie. I hope that the people at McDonald's read this and Andrew and the manager who hung up on me are no longer employees, let alone management. There are many people who NEED jobs, people like that don't...
