Who runs this Wendy's??? The employees move so slow with out care and always a attitude from the staff. It is amazing that this location is even still standing. It does not matter what time of day or what u order your wait time is no less then 15 minutes and they usually mess it up. I have been wanting to take this survey on a couple occasions to leave feed back hoping someone with some sort of power could look into why this particular location is ran so poorly, but I made the mistake of letting the associate at window know my frustrations so my receipt mysteriously was not given to us. I called the location to give my feedback and of course did not receive upper management I was given the team who was the problem in the first place so no good that did. For a long time over a year we did not go back to this location would drive out of our way if we wanted Wendy's just to avoid their terrible service. Today we thought since it was early and no business we might stand a chance of getting semi decent service....WRONG... Although the staff didn't seem to be as rude as normal they we're still very very slow and they were on their phones leaning over counter when my husband went in. We chose to go in this time cause we figured we wouldn't be ignored waiting at drive through speaker like in past for so long, you mine as well order at window if you would like to get your order taken. I think I have made it very clear this location needs to have some extra attention by a district or regional manager. It is insane how long this Wendy's has been able to get away with poor customer service skills and food. I will ENSURE IF THIS GOES UNATTENDED TO THAT I WILL CONTINUE TO VOICE MYSELF THROUGH OTHER AVENUES UNTIL I AM HEARD LOUD AND CLEAR AND ACTION IS TAKEN BY WHOEVER IS RESPONSIBLE FOR OVERSEEING THIS ESTABLISHMENT. The first time, a staff member kept yelling “manager!” In a mocking voice, over and over for the entirety of our visit, including while we were sitting in the dining room trying to eat and conversate amongst ourselves. Today was the final visit for us at this location. We went inside to order and no one was in the building. We stood around like idiots for 10 minutes before I started calling “Hello??!!”. No one came. I saw online orders coming in on the screen, just waiting. The fryer was smoking badly because the filthy black grease was burning. I called the restaurant on the phone twice and just listened to it ring. Finally a staff member came up to the front from the back door and took our order without so much as an apology for the wait or an explanation. We ordered a Dave’s double meal- wrong. Received a Dave’s single with cold, hard fries. We ordered two small frostycinos- watery with no flavor whatsoever. We ordered an Asiago ranch sandwich- wrong kind of chicken and the bacon was rock hard. Our entire meal was incorrect. These employees have time to hang out with each other outside, but can’t be bothered to do their jobs, change their grease, pick up the phone or correctly read what the order on the screen says. Actually this was one of the better restaurants as far as fast food goes in the area no better no worse! However since when I go to this Wendy's often I've noticed the manager doesn't believe the customer deserves a large frosty when they order a large frosty for $2.41 because when you take the lid off and start to eat it and if you get the top of ice cream swirl off you'll be disappointed to see that you can see all the way to the bottom, she is so crafty that she can make a small swirl all the way up the sides to the top without filling the center and if actually measured it I doubt it would fill a medium cup so shame on her for jipping her customers and even though i like this Wendy's I guess I'll have to go tip another in the area like maybe commerce because I believe she manages the Highland rd store as well!
