My boyfriend and I went here on 4/19/2020 at approx 7pm. The wait in the drive through was 20+ minutes. We ordered a Dave's double with only cheese and ketchup, large fry, large drink. Then we ordered a small fry and large drink. The screen where we ordered was blank so we couldn't verify our order, however, the woman running drive through repeated our order and it was correct. We pulled up to the first window to pay, got incorrect change (more than it should have been) and no receipt. We pulled up to the second window for our food. We received both drinks, and they were correct. Then we received our food in a bag. I opened it up to find 3 burgers and one fry and no napkins. Before driving away I asked the employee if I had the right order because we should only have one plain burger and two fries. The woman did give us another fry and stated we could keep the extra two burgers for free. I clarified that one of them was plain and she verified yes. We drove away and as we looked at each burger, each one had something different on it (bacon, mustard, pickles, or some variation). We ended up going through McDonald's drive though and got something we actually wanted. Read moreLiterally a problem every time, you’d think they would try to fix their (many and very apparent by these reviews) issues so they don’t have to deal with angry customers coming back to fix their items (and then maybe they wouldn’t be so miserable and unpleasant) ordered a pickup order so I could avoid their rude workers, and they close their lobby at 7, so had to wait in line about 20 minutes but no big deal. Get to the speaker, say I have an order, ask for some sauce cause it’s not on their app to order. He says ask at the second window, I get to the second window and the person yells to the back “they’re here start the order” but like I was here as the speaker you could have started it then… so we get pulled ahead for more waiting, and the food was still lukewarm like always, bread was dry, my cheeseburgers were made with lettuce tomato and mayo instead of Ketchup and mustard, gave me two sauces I definitely didn’t ask for and are very different from what I wanted visually (but at least I actually got sauce this time) I know it’s understaffed but hey any kind of effort would...
Read moreThese workers were having an incredibly off night. I was initially going to go through the drive-thru, but the line was wrapped around the building and almost out to the street. I decided to go inside. Probably a mistake. There were people ahead of me that had been waiting for food for a long time, and started to become rude. The cashier was visibly angry, but didn't say anything. I tried to be polite, and let her know that I understood it was just a bad night. Zero response. One of the guys from the back went up to the register, got the keys, then proceeded to lock all the doors to prevent more people from coming inside. I'm sure it helped them get a handle on things, but I thought it was rude. Since I had already paid for my food, I stuck around and waited for it. The people who were in front of me and being rude to the staff had either gotten their food or their money refunded and left.
