Our last three experiences at this Culver's were awful, and we will NOT be returning. The first time we went inside and ordered a meal to go. We waited ten minutes and then watched a teenage worker with bluish-green hair walk our meal around the entire restaurant looking for the number I was holding in plain view in my hand. She then gave it to another teenager who gave it to the wrong table. The people at the table returned it to the front counter. We asked if it was our meal, by chance. They said it was and sent it back to the grill. It came out a minute later. We told them we didn't want a meal that had been given to someone else. They claimed it wasn't the same meal, but it seemed strange that we waited almost ten minutes to get it, but now had a remade meal in a minute. Because of the construction being done to update the restaurant, we drove away from our second experience with a sheet metal screw in our back tire. We had to get it fixed the next morning. Not the restaurant's fault, but it was frustrating. Our most recent experience was through the drive-thru. We made an order for two fish fries and an order of cheese curds. After taking our money, we were asked to pull ahead to a parking spot to keep the drive-thru moving. A worker came out to check what we ordered. Five minutes later, a second worker came out to give us a small bag, which was probably the cheese curds. When we told him the error, he told the order back inside. A third worker finally came with our correct order. We had waited a total of almost twenty-five minutes for our order. Food was good, but not worth a wait that long. Next time we will travel the extra distance to the Johnson Creek location because this location is not well-operated. Three strikes. ...
Read moreFirst of all, OVERRUN with KIDS - NO adults!! I Ordered carry out and the kid put in fine-in instead. Okay easy mistake. But the next kid is walking around the restaurant and doesn’t even think to ask any of the standing-waiting people if it’s possibly our order. So I say hey can I just get the bags and packaging I will do it before it goes cold. NOPE . They refuse to give it to me and insist on packaging it themselves, wait for that. Not a few minutes, like 15. I finally get it and I check my kids burgers. I didn’t think to check the Reuben because I saw the toast so I thought it would be fine. I mean, it’s an easy Reuben. One kids burger is missing cheese. Tell Juan. He goes back and slaps a piece of cheese on it. Great, now the burgers cold and it’s not melty. He goes back and gives me a cold burger with melty cheese. After over 30* minutes my entire order is cold and soggy. Ask Juan if there’s ANY grownups or managers. He said no. I looked at his name tag and he said they are all kids. So I was forced to take my cold soggy meals home because they didn’t want to do anything about it. Get home to heat it up myself. My Reuben, the one thing that I assumed they couldn’t possibly get wrong - was a partial cheddar cheeseburger with some weird brown slime (mushrooms long ago?). Where are the grownups? Management? Many of the kids telling customers that they were new and didn’t know what they were doing. Whomever manages this place is seriously irresponsible for not having...
Read moreFirst off we used to have culvers on such a high pedestal!!! We went to culvers toinite to eat supper and ended up leaving with no food all because of this very rude manager named Hope!!! We went in and ordered 2 bacon buttered burger deluxe baskets one with a large fry and one with a large cheese curd and large drinks. Went all the way home to discover that we got small fry and a small cheese curd. Called culvers and they asked us to come back and bring the food. Drove all the way back with food uneaten went in and asked if they could just remake the burgers while we waited for our large fry and large cheese curds. Employee walks away and gets manager "hope", she then explains to us that they wont remake our burgers so that they are fresh like the frys and cheese curds because by this time the burgers were cold! The manager just continued to say she wouldnt make new burgers! We than asked dont you eat your burgers and fry or curds all at the sametime? Her response was not everyone. So we ended up getting our money back because we dont want to spend our hard earned money on 2 burgers that costed us $19. Wont ever eat there again and sad part is we eat there all the time we spend on average about $50-$100 a month there... poor costumer service a manger hope made us feel like our business didnt matted and was fine with people paying for cold burgers plus no apology for there mess up or any compensation. Highly recommend johnson creeks culvers better food...
