First off I want to give props to Shannon and the two girls in the morning and the gentleman with a beard that works day shift these guys are great no issues they should be giving raises to these people and thanks. I will say if you see anyone else there besides these people who take pride in their work drive away don't waste your money. It's Monday December 13th at 9:30 in the morning the person doing the intercom has the worst disposition I've ever heard at this establishment I get to the window they forget my water. This is the last great hope of all the Duncans in the area I would hate to see it fall to these people who don't give two s** about their jobs. This is why there's a class divide some people care some people do the best they can everyday some people are building rocket ships some people are curing cancer. And some people can't even talk to the public or make a sandwich properly. Bring back meritocracy. UPDATE: Went there again without the good people working. Bad mistake. Literally waited in line for 35 minutes. I dont care if the line is around the block 35 minutes is the sign of a failing business. Managers if you care which I wonder some days take notice Dec 23rd. 10:00 am.UPDATE- June 8 2023 again waited 35 minutes as they were averaging about 10 minutes per order. Line was so bad was actually effecting traffic on the main road. Why hasnt anyone checked into why this is happening. 6/17 Line was so big it was disrupting traffic. Mind you the line goes around the building so you would have to literally be over 25 cars behind for this to happen this is deplorable mind you this was the day crew early morning with Shannon is always and has always been great anytime after 8:00 watch out you'll waste your money to be here for a wait time of no less than a half hour to 45 minutes for coffee. Something is off something isn't working properly in this place. Management please please please take notice. 6/19/23- Last time I come ,once again line 25 plus cars back, line is once again disrupting traffic its so long. This location has a serious efficiency issue management obviously doesnt care save your money and definitely save your time.7/3/23- I wish I could keep coming here I really do. There is one or two hard workers mixed in with a load of lazy rabble who can't get anything right. Once again the line is into the street 20 cars deep around the building once again they're averaging about 10 minutes per car. I don't know what management issue is. I don't know why they can't get their team to speed things up they are running the most inefficient atmosphere I have ever had to deal with in fast food. I can't fathom how they could run this business and make a profit angering their customer base every day. Anyway I will be contacting corporate enough is enough.UPDATE: Called corporate they said they would do their best to handle the situation figured I'd give it another shot when I got there the line was wrapped around the building almost twice cars on the main road were honking all because of this failure of a business. Read moreThis was my first time going to this Dunkin and honestly, never again!! I ordered a hot chai latte and the first time it came out, it came out as a coffee. Obviously since it was the morning and busy, I didn’t take it personal, but I asked the employee who took my order for a refund, because I did not have the time to wait for another drink. She insisted on remaking it immediately, so I took her up on her offer and settled spare a few minutes. I asked her if she needed the drink back from me, she took the cup. The second drink came out cold. Not even warm. I am also sure they just poured the coffee out and made a chai latte in the same cup, considering the drink still smelled and tasted immensely like coffee! (which is so gross and unsanitary?!!) So again I went to the counter and said I wanted a refund, not a remake, but a refund because I could not afford to wait around but I also couldn’t afford wasting 7 dollars over a COLD latte!! a little bald girl with rainbow hair helped me with the refund. She had a terrible attitude the whole time. When I tried to give the drink back to her to toss, (out of respect, I’ve been a barista before and at the place I worked at, we had to receive all refunded drinks back to toss ourselves. also because the first lady to help me back DID TAKE THE DRINK) to which she responded “actually there is trash cans ALL around this WHOLE STORE so” and I told her the other employee took and discarded of my drink and I was just trying to be respectful of whatever policy they had. Read moreMy daughter placed a mobile order, only for me to arrive and find that most of the items weren't available. The employee wanted me to take just a drink, the only thing they had, and couldn’t cancel, refund, or even adjust the total. I refused to accept just the drink after my daughter paid for so much more. A drink for over $9? I think not! When I asked why the app let her order items they didn’t have, I got a weak excuse about how the app doesn’t sync with store inventory. Every other place I order from blocks out-of-stock items. This was frustrating, unprofessional, and completely avoidable. No solutions offered, no accountability, nothing in stock, and no refund. I stopped going to Dunkin' Donuts when they started overcharging for a coffee. I'm completely disappointed to see this kind of service or lack thereof. The app has all of her information. Was a courtesy call from the employees, letting her know they were out of everything, too much to ask for? Why wait until someone wastes time and money to come get an order you simply cannot fulfill?
