Carl’s Jr. — Restaurant in Watsonville

I was super let down by my experience here; i used to love coming to Carl's Jr as a kid, so coming home for a visit i decided to grab a quick bite, i asked if they had a military discount like they do in North Carolina so my family could take advantage of their dependent cards, they said no and went on to be extremely rude and condescending. They got my husband and my brother's orders wrong and then made us pay extra for THEIR mistake, on top of paying for the correct burgers. We wanted to sit down and eat, but the same cashier and manager who came out to charge us for the food they got wrong started cleaning all the tables around us and looking at us for a very long period of time. They were super nice to everyone else so i dont understand why were treated in such a bad way, all we did was speak in spanish to my mother who is ashamed of her accent when she speaks in english. Our food was cold and super greasy, and to top it off they even tried to clean the table as we sat there and ate, the woman tapped her foot at us yet we had not been there for more than 10 minutes. I went back again today and ordered drive through hoping maybe its gotten better in the past two months, it didnt. Drive through person was super rude, food was basically still frozen, fries were thrown at the bottom not even in a container like is customary, they also looked like theyd been left out overnight, and the bag they gave me all of this in was ripped completely at one side. This has happened before to my mother, all her food fell on the floor before the employee even gave her the bag and they still made her pay...

I went there at 11 this morning after going to McDonald's which was so busy I went to Carl Jr's ordered the $5 value double cheeseburger onion rings fries cookie and a soda the cookie and fries were the best part the fries were good but and this is a big but ----- the onion ring we're old and dry the cheeseburger I couldn't even eat it I had to take it back in and give it to the lady behind the counter and I left cuz I wasn't going to wait for them to cook we want after j in line at the drive-thru and the potential of an angry employee spitting in it so I just left. So in reality I spent $5 $0.46 for a cookie some fries and a soda very disappointed check everything before you leave the drive-thru open up everything you order and make sure it's...

Poor service. My son spill his drink today and the lady Luz was all rude when I went up to her to let her know of the spill. I left right away after cleaning it up. She said I had to deal with it myself because she was the only one working. Mind you there was two more and it wasn’t as busy. Not to mention the food was dry and burnt. I order the 5$ meal and it didn’t even had enough fries. This isn’t the first poor service I gotten from this place. The only reason I go is for the play area, which my kids enjoy but sometimes not even that...
