Extremely disappointing experience. The staff was not only rude but also seemed unfamiliar with their own menu. I ordered a refillable Micheagua and was given the wrong size with no chamoy rim—just a plain agua fresca. When I tried to politely correct the mistake, I was met with attitude rather than help. I also attempted to order the Dubai Strawberries, and the girl at the counter told me they were sold out. However, shortly after, I saw another customer—who ordered after me, leave with four of them. Confused, I tried placing the order again with a different staff member. After waiting over 30 minutes, I asked about my order, only to be told they had run out. No one informed me of this while I was waiting, which felt like a complete waste of my time. The service is unacceptably slow and the communication is severely lacking.
