Its a shame I really loved this place my family and i have been going here for years. After a long day my family and i decided to order "Jack's berger meal deal", a few drinks, potato cheddar wedges, and loaded mini tacos. because they have always been dependable, reliable and served with a smile and get the food delivered. The app said it was unavailable for online orders so I called the store the lady told me that they were haveing internet problems. So my uncle went to go order at the store they told him to park in the front a nice young man with dark hair brought the food out when my uncle asked him about the "Jack's munchie meal" box he said that they ran out of bags. We got back to the house and found out our order was wrong we called the store and the drive through lady answered the phone she told us she was the manager. we told her that a our whole "Jack's berger meal deal" was missing she proceeded to tell me that was wrong and she had no meat and she had to grill it herself and we were wrong. I told her that we could come to the store and she just questioned our validity and then was silent for 2 minutes after we said we would just come down there. We got to the store the young man who brought the food out to my uncle greeted us he apologized to us and said he would get the manager to help make things right. The manger came over and took the receipt and said whats missing I told her we called just a bit ago the other manager that we were talked to on the phone came over and said "omg I told them on the phone we had no meat" to which the other manager replied "what ever give them whatever the want I guess!" They started talking among them selves rolling their eyes and looking at us. When out food was done the 2 bag were thrown at us and she said "HERE!" No apologies were gives except for by the employee who greeted us when we returned home we discovered that our burger Patty's were burnt and realized that they kept the receipt with the credit card info. When I'm done ordering and the employee tells you the total usually, I say thank you. I don't know if it's a drive-thru issue or just employees but my friend and I were hungry after a long drive from Fremont and I ordered my friend a number 15 with extra grilled chicken (sandwich only) and got myself medium curly fries and 5 piece Churros. We drove to the window and gave the male employee the money to pay. He asked what kind of sauce. I told him BBQ (for my fries), and he said, "Taco sauce." I told him I wanted BBQ 3 times, I saw he put a few condiments in the bag. Guess I should have taken a better look, but the male employee closed the window on me and walked away. When my friend and I got to the hotel, we pulled out the food from the bag. TOTALLY NOT what he wanted and what I asked for. He was given a teriyaki bowl with extra chicken and gave me teriyaki sauce and two packets of taco sauce. What am I going to put taco sauce on? My Churros? And teriyaki sauce on my curly fries? The night crew who work here are not welcoming at all and make you feel uncomfortable and ask for too much. So I asked the price. She told me price and again that it was on the menu. I ordered it along with about 10 other items. This gal took my order and walked all the way out to the drive through speaker to show me the cheeseburger KIDS MEAL on the menu after I repeteadly told her there wasn't just a cheeseburger on the menu. She then went to say that I could order it seprate from that meal. All I wanted was to know the price of just a cheeseburger. It's a month later and I'm writing this review astounded that the gal would walk all the way outside to my window at the speaker to point out a cheeseburger kids meal on the menu. Feel completely dumb after realizing it was a meal then move forward and tell me I could order it seprate. My mind is still blown. Lol never in my whole life has a drive through worker came out to me like that. I do not recommend using the drive through here. Especially with argumentative people like that...
