So I called and order my pizza for PICK UP at 6:30 asked for light sauce and well done pizza. Was told it was going to be 45 minutes to a hour which is to be expected on a Friday night. I showed up a hours and twenty minutes later and my pizza wasn't even ready š. So I was told I had to wait and extra 15 minutes. I waited in my car because Mike's doesn't have heat in their waiting area. So I sat in my car for 30 minutes because I specifically asked for my pizza to be well done and I knew that was going to take extra time. So to my surprise after waiting almost TWO HOURS for ONE pizza they got my order wrong. I brought it back inside and told the women behind the counter my pizza was wrong its supposed to be light sauce and well done and she looks at the pizza and goes that's light sauce, do you just want us to throw it back in the oven and make it crispy. I told her know I need light sauce on the pizza. She continues to tell me its light sauce. At this point I'm tired and hungry and clearly not going to be able to eat Mike's pizza so asked for a refund and to speak to a manager. So she ignores my request to speak to a manager three times and hands me back my money and tell me to have a good night. I asked her again if there was a manager that I could talk to because clearly I'm not to happy about wasting two hours my life to end up with no pizza. So she turns to what I'm assuming to be the MOD and says its light sauce on her pizza. So the MOD walks up to me and says we gave you light sauce ma'am šš. I had to explain that it wasn't light sauce or well done and that I would end up in the er if I ate that much red sauce. I was told I need to get no sauce on my pizza from now on. Which if you just put light sauce on my pizza it wouldn't have been a problem. So after wasting two hours of my life and gas I ended up with no pizza. There are few places I can get pizza from because of my stomach condition and Mike's is one of them. And to have the staff tell me how I should order my pizza or act like my pizza wasn't made wrong is ridiculous!! A lil after, maybe 5 minutes after, I began feeling funny, and then became sick with a headache and had a very rough night of sleep. the next morning I Iooked into what was remaining of the pizza and come to find out, there was pieces of pepperoni in my veggie pizza. I called mikes to address the problem, explained the problem and the receptionist quickly replied ''theres nothing that we can do that was yesterday'' I never asked her to replace or refund anything during my explanation of the problem. Quite frankly the worst service Iāve ever come across. Iāve ordered from this establishment for quite some time and there have been little to no problems. Time for delivery/pick up differs, so plan accordingly, but thatās not my issue as I donāt mind a wait for food I find okay. My issue is the pure lack of respect from workers who clearly like to take out their frustrations on customers who understand what itās like to work in customer service. I called to fix an error on an order: Instead of picking a pepperoni topping, I accidentally chose onions. When I called after realizing this, an employee who obviously had a lot on their plate couldnāt believe I accidentally put a topping I didnāt want and questioned me with an attitude āhow do you not know what toppings you putā to which I respond that when toppings are so close together, itās easy to have a mistake take place. They then went on to sigh, clearly exasperated, and proceeded to say theyāll āsee what they can doā without telling me if Iād receive any reimbursement for the onions or even about wait times, if it is possible, etc. The manager was just as bad when I called once more to say how displeased I was with the employees service, with them ending the call with a āugh really?ā.
