Blue Blaze Smokeshop — Local services in Waukesha

Been going to this shop for awhile now with no problems. Bought a Vista mini vaporizer that wouldn't heat up so I brought it back thinking I would either get a refund or just get a new vape as I really liked the design of the one I got. When I showed up they said they said they didn't have the ability to give me a refund but they'd give me the equivalent credit of what I purchased. I asked if they could just let me know when they get another in but was told since they don't do returns, they have no way of giving me credit to use later and I'd have to get something that day.

They had nothing else I wanted that I could afford with the credit so they upsold me on a different Pulsar vaporizer saying it was better. It isn't. Only one temp setting that's so hot it burns my throat to use. It's top heavy so it keeps falling over and I'm scared the glass is going to break. It doesn't come apart easily to clean. The complete opposite of the vape I originally purchased, but more expensive.

To add insult to injury they texted me the next day to say that after some work they got the vape I originally purchased working. Great. I asked if I could exchange the vape back cuz the one I had was not going to get any use. They said they already sent it back to the manufacturer. Why even tell me that you got it working then?

I told them about the temp issue but they insisted the one I have has variable temp and sent me an instruction manual for a different vape from the same manufacturer. Said to play around with it to get it working. So I took a picture of the actual manual that said it only has one temp and sent it to them. No response....

Blue Blaze is the absolute best vape and smoke accessories shop ive been to. They have a plethora of vape brands and flavors to choose from. Also a massive arsenal of smoking utensils! One of my favorite things about Blue Blaze is the Staff! The Manager Bre is one of the most knowledgeable and helpful customer service persons I've ever encountered. I always look forward to stopping in at Blue Blaze and seeing what Bre has to offer and I'm never disappointed. Always something new to talk about and consider trying. I tell everyone that asks me where I get my vapes to go to Blue Blaze and ask Bre for whatever they need. If Bre happens to not be working then any of the other staff members are just as friendly and helpful. Keep up the good work Bre!! 🤙🏻😁😎

P.S. If Bre or Kaylee aren't helping customers they are always sweeping the floor, organizing products and wiping down all the glass display counters and cases. Blue Blaze is the cleanest most well managed vape store...

Let me just say this.... Bre is the shiznit. Her affable personality makes shopping here very enjoyable. Not only is she a down to earth and sweet chick, she's very knowledgeable about everything they sell and it shows. I appreciate how she doesn't make me feel rushed or that I'm bothering her either. Bre is definitely an asset to this company. Blue Blaze Smokeshop has great prices and a nice selection of products. I personally think they got some really cool glass pipes at a good deal.
