I'm editing my review based on Dave's (owner) response to my original review/post. Dave took the time to listen to my concerns and assured me of the value and expectations he places on delivering the highest levels of customer care. And that he has same expectations of his team. Poor service and lack of product knowledge. Didn't get employee's name, however he seemed very uninterested in truly helping us. Looking for interior doors, had to 'push' to get complete info repeatedly (ie when he provided estimated cost sheet for solid core and i asked for price comparison for hollow core He replied, "it'd be less". I asked for same pricing sheet for hollow and he said, "well, you'd want solid core". I just said, "can i still get a pricing sheet for hollow". Also claimed they do not offer painting for interior doors when I know they do.    Read moreGave this place a second chance after a poor experience a year ago. Nothing has changed. If you're not there to drop thousands on windows or siding, they're not interested in helping you. Went in for some basic hardware and the woman at the counter tried to help, but none of her co-workers could bother to even look up to answer a question, much less get out of their chair to provide some customer service.
