Domino's Pizza — Restaurant in Waupaca

We were In town at staying at the Ramada for a hockey tournament. I called to order around 10pm. Although they were out of wings and garlic, they delivered a piping hot Ham (no Canadian Bacon) and mushroom to our hotel door almost instantly. The speed was impressive. The pizza was great, driver very pleasant and even knew the folks down the hall who’d ordered the night prior, and fast fast fast, and hot hot hot! Payment over the phone made for very safe delivery, for those concerned about Covid. I understand them being in the “off season” and having a tournament come to town running out of garlic and wings of all things. And was very pleased with the service and delivery. I've been ordering from this location almost since it opened and never checked the reviews and how many bad experiences people have had. I've never once had an issue and i usually spend $50+ every single time. I think what people forget is this is not a family owned pizza joint. When you walk in or call in to make an order.. you have to realize that there are also probably tons of online orders, so even though they don't look busy they probably are. I definitely recommend using their app, which is the easiest and most convenient way to order in the first place, plus you can rack up points for a free pizza, not to mention the solid coupons. Ordered 2 pizza and bread for a carry out. After waiting 20min we were given the wrong order. Took about 5min to determine that our carry out order was mistakenly taken out on delivery. Another 5min before they decided to remake our order entirely. 15min later we received our new order, with the wrong bread. That was sorted out quickly though, and we were given the right bread. In all, the girl who originally took our order was very nice during this whole process. Her coworkers seemed frustrated with the situation but they weren't rude. That being said, we waited over 45 minutes for pizza due to errors on their part. It would have been nice if they had offered a coupon or a soda for the inconvenience of the situation, but...
