McDonald's — Restaurant in Wausau

This place is horrible the workers are rude and disrespectful and I went there at 3:45 in the morning on my way through there and wanted a bagel and they seriously said no I couldn't order a bagel for another 15 to 20 minutes are u kidding me you are open 24 hours and it's now morning time and you wont serve breakfast and the way they acted over it was pathetic. I was literally the only one there the entire 20 minutes I waited to order a bagel and they still wanted to be rude and act ignorant about it just because they did not want to do their job the 2 guys in there working were to busy on their phones and goofing off to make food. And then after waiting 20 minutes to order a bagel I get them and the bagels are burnt and I ordered it with no breakfast sauce and they seriously put breakfast sauce on them and then just wiped it off like I wouldn't notice. If you dont like breakfast sauce your gonna taste the nasty stuff weather u wipe the bagel off or not. So lazy and nasty and pathetic. You would be better off passing...

This McDonald has by the far the WORST customer service EVER. The last time I went there I paid for a caramel frappe, I repeated it 4 times to the cashier, but they gave me a caramel sundae, and the guy gave it to me said "You paid for it, do you want it or not?" and that was the rudest thing ever. I went back to look at my receipt later and I did order a caramel frappe. What do the managers teach about customer service there? NOTHING at all. The other time, we ordered burgers with fries. They didn't give us ketchup and the wrong burgers. My sister went to order something, all the workers didn't approach her until 10 minutes later even though there were NO other customers. She was so mad at how they ignored her. I think all of the reviewers of THIS McDonald feel the same that this McDonald has TERRIBLE leadership, AWFUL customer service, POOR training, DESPICABLE characters, ROTTEN features, and a LOUSY way of running things. I came in the drive throw and ordered a number 3 with grilled onions and a large strawberry shake. And the guy to took my order putted in raw onion while I asked for grilled onions several times already. We told him " Can we get grilled onions on our sandwich," and we said. "Yes we got it." I also work at McDonald's and know that their are supposed to be stickers on my box saying that it is a number 3 with grilled onions. I also got a strawberry shake that tasted like a vanilla shake, with very little strawberry flavoring in it. As well as for my Carmel frappee; i payed an extra 30 cents for extra Carmel and I got a regular frappee only. I AM NOT HAPPY WITH THE SERVICE THAT I GOT!! Please not pay me 21.64 and not give me a discount as well as a sandwich that we asked several times to make. We wasted money here and we are not pleased with what the results were while eating.
