Arby's — Restaurant in Wauseon

I really hate making this Review for one of my Favorite Restaurants. But I must speak out. Repetitively they would mess up my Order. Like forget this or that. Fail to put any effort into putting my Name in the System. Fail to confirm if People want Sauces with their Meals. Also I feel like this one Guy hates me there. I don't know what I did to upset Him. I be friendly. Politely spell out my Name because People mess it up all the time. Normally rang the Bell because I appreciate the hard work that comes with working in Retail and Restaurants. (I've done both over the Years.) I also always try to think of what I want before coming up there and wasting People's time. And ask how They are. (Cause I genuinely care about your well being. I don't care your a Stranger. We all need these little check ins. Mental Health and Emotional wellbeing matter.) But yeah I think I can say that last time we came by is the last straw for me and possibly my Parents for this Location. All I ordered was a Brisket and two Cherry Turnovers. (I had to head out shortly after eating so I could really afford to go back. I think it was Work.) I wanted two because I wanted one for myself and one cut in half for my Parents. So shortly after I got back Home Mom decides She wants some Arby's too. So She gets Herself and Dad some Food. She got two Sandwiches, a Fry and two Turnovers. She ordered two Fries. Also Mom tried to take my Receipt from may 20 Minutes before this and the Person there wanted to claim that the Sauce on the Sandwich is the 3rd item. When you can clearly see on the Receipt 1 Brisket and 2 Cherry Turnovers. But yeah like I said before. This isn't the first time at this Location they messed up my Order or my Parents Order. And I'm honestly fed up with it. Outside of this it's one of the very few Restaurants I ever go too more than once. (I know too much.) And I've actually worked at either this Arby's or a different one a bit while I was in School. (On the Job Training.) Which I can say at least at the time it was very clean for a Restaurant. Which I'll be honest I'm a huge prude about keeping it clean. Especially Restaurants and Doctor Offices. I honestly feel unwelcomed after repeated fails to get my Order right. And yes I know I have Speech Problems. But it's clearly on my Receipt. Which means I paid for it. Which I don't make that much Money at pretty much any Job I've had over the Years....

Im not exactly sure whats going on but its been very uncomfortable and i just will not be going there anymore for anything. my first impression was with a skinny blonde manger that told me i "probably deserved it" when regarding how customers use to yell at me at McDonalds because their crew was very bad then. There were a total of five annoying things from my bag placed there and drink way over there when im right in front of the dude. That is when i put my foot down a bit and got upset. Then late friday night get stared at as i secure food look over two laugh then turn to snicker amoungst themselves. I will accommodate their uncomfortability and stay away......i know im ugly...

If you want some kids taking your order, making you wait, and still giving you cold, old food, this is the place for you. The chicken strips were sitting in their warmers for easily over an hour as they qualified as chicken jerky. They were so small that they were not even above the cardboard fry container they came in(5 piece). The kid that gave me the food has tats all over and a bullring in his nose. Not the kind of people I would ever trust with food. Also, no eye contact makes me very suspicious of issues with food. I threw the food away after all of this. Last time I will ever go here. Might want to invest in quality employees. It would keep...
