Went to see a movie and online it said recliner seats, when we went into theater they were NOT recliner seats, went out and asked who I assumed to be a manager, he did not care whatsoever, was rude, told us there were still chairs in there like we don't know that, but that's not what we were paying for, didn't even say sorry or try to make it better like offering to refund us and we could come back at a later date for it being in the correct theater. Also talking to people with a condescending attitude is not going to get people to come back! And let's not forget, you shouldn't assume people can just sit in those chairs (thank goodness he told me what they were or I'd have no idea..) because you don't know peoples medical history because not everyone is able-bodied and to be inconvenienced by someone bringing up that there are different circumstances that they thought there was going to be. Just so everyone knows, not all disabilities are visible.
And the theater was quite warm (I was wearing shorts and t shirt) but maybe they didn't care because there were only 4 people in the theater but I think maybe a business should care about all their costumers..
Going to see a movie is a luxury for me because I am a very busy mom that never puts herself first, so I guess I'm probably feeling extra disappointed, and I had talked up the theater renovations to my sister who is in from Germany, too bad she didn't get...

Pros: -The recliners are comfortable. -The staff was friendly. -Popcorn and soda was affordable and fresh. -Theater was very clean.
Cons: -Sound quality is not great. I could hear everyone chewing, adjusting seats etc. The sound was just way too quiet. -Screen needed to be replaced. We saw Ghostbusters Frozen Empire and in the middle of the screen the picture was distorted. It looked like when something gets on a camera lense but it was the screen.
Update: We went back on a Tuesday and we were in Screen 2. The sound and picture quality were perfect. It's only $5 for a Tuesday matinee and that includes popcorn. I don't think there's a better...
