i only gave it two stars becuase the people that work here are very kind and make good conversation. however, i know this place in the past has cut my hair in a very sloppily way a couple times in the past but this was my breaking point. i have bangs and i’m kind abut not really picky about how they are cut. i asked her to thin my bangs out and she only thinned one side of my bangs and didn’t even touch the other side. my hair was very choppy and in even. the front shorter then the back, also she kept pushing and moving my hair every time she wasn’t cutting it maybe that’s a skill she has aquiered to make it so yu couldn’t see the mistakes. but i got home and started to style my hair and when i brushed my bangs forward i couldn’t believe how crooked and uneven they were. i’ve been pinning them back with a bobble pin so no one really notices how badly they are cut. i don’t write reviews becuase im not a picky person but i only went to great clips because i’d don’t want to drive to toledo and he only other salon is the one down the street that cost $18 just for a hair cut. but after this it gives me anxiety on who i let...

You get what you pay for. This is a place for up and comers figuring out their standing in the big bad world. If you need to take a picture in with you... you should look elsewhere. I had a girl who was there for over five years... THAT should have told me something about A) aspirations and B) talent. The kid was very kind and did do her best and I think for the price I got my money worth. I am simply used to slightly more talented or seasoned professionals. Went up here on my lunch break to get a haircut. I'm a regular customer at this place because I work in Wauseon. They put me on a waitlist I waited I ran to the restroom to pee real quick and they skipped over me and line. I don't think it takes more than two or three minutes to pee if that they must have called me during that two or three minutes. I had to leave because I had to go back to work if they can't treat me with common decency they won't get my money.
