I spent $106 there, didn't get my whole order. So I called and told them the I was sending someone to get the rest and was told ok sent them down. They get the person behind the counter said her manager said the whole order went out. So my person said again I was just sent here to get the rest of the order that was left. The person behind the counter said well I need to see a receipt. Now the receipt that I got was not itemized so it wouldn't have made a difference but I sent a picture of the receipt then placed a call to the store and asked to talk to a manager. She was speaking and it was the same person I talked to about the order when I left it. She had a slight attitude but whatever. I reiterated on the conversation I had with her prior and she then asked me what I left and that she will remake them. And hung up. Now I know that they deal with aggravating people all day the complain about there food all the time but all I wanted was the food I payed for and she and her staff act like they were doing me a favor by giving me what I payed for. When they finally brought the food out she placed it on the counter and walked away. Not I'm sorry for the mix up or the confusion or miscommunication not even an F* you. I work with the public all day long and never have I ever given that bad of customer service. Read moreThis should be ZERO stars but only way I can post review! This has to be the worst Arby’s I have EVER gone to!!!! We ordered our food today at 1:15 pm. It was 1:36 pm and we still had no food. I went to counter and the girl said she was waiting on fries….well my fries had been sitting on tray with the 5 sandwiches that were ordered ALL of which were COLD…..so it was approximately 23-24 minutes to get cold food handed to me….and then the sandwich order was not correct!!!! We ate cold cold wrong food!!!! We were not the only ones waiting on food. Other customers left unfortunately the had already taken my $48. The other customers standing waiting on their food were unhappy also. So much for good customer service. And when I asked this guy if he was manager he said one of them. I told him this was worst service ever…he said “sorry I was on break”. So does that mean if one takes break they all on break. There were at least 5 workers! Unreal. A total waste of time and money!!!! Won’t be BACk.

Read moreCame to this Arby's in the past and it SUCKED but visited last night and I am in just um in shock. Logan the night manager is TEN star amazing. He made sure my food was fresh & beautifully cooked. The beef n cheddar LITERALLY melted in my mouth and the curly fries took me back to my childhood. The Jamocha shake made my panties drop LMAO, all in all it was the best fast food experience in Waveland and the gulf coast I have ever had and to think I doubted kids under 25 as managers and this young man just proved me wrong with his advance future type knowledge of fast food at his age.
