Google maps as well as the door sign stated that they were open until the evening. I was on my way home on a work trip and rarely get the chance to treat my wife to her favorite bagel sandwich. Had a few other stores on the way, but this was the closest to vetting home. Went out of the way off the interstate to get it...

At 2:00 PM may have had 20 oddball bagels in the entire store. A sign that they were not making any sandwiches. It is not mentioned anywhere before arriving that it is on a college campus with 3 parking spots. And had to literally ask where it was located because even from the parking it is not visible. Drove the remainder of the 115 miles home with nothing and 25 minutes wasted on my trip home. Not worth leaving...

I really can’t stand when I place an order at a fast food place and I say my order CLEARLY…& the person basically gives me whatever they want to.

I asked for a turkey sausage egg and cheese on an everything bagel…this is what I got & I had already taken off down the road to my delivery by the time I unwrapped it and realized it was just egg and cheese on an everything bagel. SMH

But I was charged for and paid for a turkey sausage egg and cheese on an everything bagel. If they were out of turkey sausage she should’ve just said that, but no…she took my $ knowing damn well there was no sausage on it.

I was told to call ahead 24 hrs to order a bakers dozen. Amazing isn't it? I called from outside of the business since parking is very limited. Once she stop telling me how to order. I was given bagels uncut and they had very limited spreads. I have live three cities south of this location. I'm trying to avoid driving further to either Mansfield or Dallas. I'm going to figure out a way to visit the Mansfield location or get on the road to Dallas around 6:00 am. I work...
