On Easter weekend this year (Saturday) I ordered 450 doughnuts and 450 kolaches (pigs in a blanket) for our construction site to be ready for pickup at 5:30 am on Monday morning. Not only was Donut Palace able to accept my last minute order, they did it with the utmost kindness.
When I went in on Sunday to pay the deposit they thanked me for the order by giving me a couple of free kolaches. When I went in on Monday to pick up the order they already had everything ready and waiting on the tables for me at 5:30 am and both the owners (husband and wife) helped me load my car with all the boxes that were marked with each type of doughnut. I found out afterwards they had even given extra doughnuts, kolaches, and doughnut holes for the event.
I had picked up a special doughnut and a drink for myself the morning of, outside of my bulk order, and they wouldn't let me pay, insisting that it was a gift for the large order. They wouldn't even let me tip them and I feel horrible about it.

But once I was home and looked at my text notifications, I saw that transaction ended up being 30.24. This was not authorized and I’m wondering how it was added after I...
