I routinely order Italian Cheesy Bread about 2-3 time per week. I’ve never really had much of an issue until the last 2 times that I ordered it. It was so old and hard that it went in the trash. Tonight (7/24/2019) I go in and notice that there are 3 orders of ICB in their warmer. Before I order, I ask the young lady behind the counter how long they had been in there. She replies, “I’m not going to lie, they’ve been in there for a while.” I asked if I could get an order made fresh and she told me that she didn’t know if they would make it since it was 9:35 (they close at 10:00). She said that she would check. She goes to the back and asks someone and tells me that it won’t be a problem. She tells me it will be about 10 minutes, so I pay and step back so other people can order. Less than 2 minutes later I see the back door to the warmer open and someone remove a box of ICB. An older lady (not necessarily old, but older than the teenagers working the counter) approaches the content and tells me that my order is ready. I tell her that they’re supposed to be making fresh ones and that I was waiting for them. She said that these “just came out of the oven”. I replied, no, those just came out of the warmer. I explained to her what had happened during my last 2 visits and why I had ordered them the way that I did. She then said again, with attitude, these just came out of the oven. Are you refusing to accept them. They were not fresh from the oven. They were barely lukewarm.

Read moreI ordered crazy bread and a stuffed crazy bread, the stuffed was fine! But i asked for extra Parmesan and butter and even paid for it. These were completely dry and the crazy bread was burnt and even had flour stuck to it. I called and wanted to solve it just to ask what i could do and got told i could have a replacement, and i didnt even want anything like a replacement or refund i just wanted to let them know what was wrong with it! But when i get moved from two different workers to the manager (over the phone) that was working she got very angry with me and told me that “she prepared them herself so theres no way they could be burnt” even though there were other problems i stated as well. Yes they did provide the option to replace them which im thankful for that! And I understand short staff. Im upset with how i was treated over call while i was very calm and even apologized for having to make a complaint. I was repeatedly told that she did nothing wrong to the food that she made them herself. But there should not be flour stuck to every piece of bread, it being hard to the touch, and when you pay for extra sometimes you would expect it! As you can see in the pictures the quality and i wouldnt even be making this complaint if there was respect during the call and in the situation but just know that i hope youre blessed and that if anyone has a problem next they wont be...

I was waiting in line to place an order, granted I did not order because I could tell that the back of the house was Swamped and struggling. There were several people waiting in the lobby. I stepped out of line to leave because I did not want to wait for a pizza. I want to applaud the manager because she notified the person in front of her that she would be back in just a moment and she wanted to check on the pizzas being made. She stepped back and talk to her crew and told them that the duration of time that people have been waiting was unacceptable. The whole lobby could hear her. Now this may not be what people want to hear, but it does take a strong leader to get her team to step it up. As a customer, this is what you want to hear when you've been waiting a long time to be serviced.
