The place is a little run down and dusty in the inside but the selection of furniture is nice. I came in a few weeks after Thanksgiving and was informed they were still running their Black Friday special which was a pretty good deal. The gentleman (Jay, really good salesman) that helped me was very knowledgeable and up front with the product but I informed him I was just shopping around and had to talk it over with my husband. I came in about a week later and they still had the Black Friday advertisement out and the OWNER said he would offer the specials. Once we found a set and he looked at the price of it he quickly took back that offer and stated that he doesn't come in the store much and wasn't sure why they still had the flyers out and that the set we were looking at was not in store even though I had it pulled up on their website. He also stated that the piece that I had selected was actually discontinued and he would not be able to sell me the floor models. Fast forward to today I went back to the store because I like to keep my business local, this time I had the price pulled up online for the set and was told it was in the store and was the price that it was online. I get to the checkout and it rings up the wrong price so the sales woman has to call the owner and I was informed that "Sorry that set is discontinued which I already knew and the floor model has been sold". This is not the way that you run a business, I understand if you can not honor some sales but to completely lie to a customer is NOT acceptable in my book. I will never go back nor recommend this...

I bought a recliner and an extended warranty. The warranty was no good as they stated I had not reported the problem soon enough. The warranty was still in effect. They have a time limit to report problems. I also bought mattresses and the most recent has a 10 year warranty. We are in the second year and the mattress is breaking down. The store wont call you back and you send pictures of the problem and no one ever bothers to answer. I started a file on the mattress in December. Still no response. I am told they are short handed or it is because of Covid.
Bought a power lift recliner as I was having surgery. The chair developed problems within a month. They replaced the chair. The second chair has now stopped working. You hear the lift grind, but the chair does not move. This is the replacement chair. I told the company that is was the replacement chair they was told "they did not know what to do about it. Started with it's Covid, no one want to work, etc.

   Read moreWe moved to the area in 2014 and bought several thousand dollars worth of furniture from this store, the last being a sectional "leather" couch with recliners, heated back rests, etc. The saleslady advised us to buy the warranty because it would "cover everything". Well, a little less than 2 years after the purchase, the "leather" started pealing and you can tell it's not "leather". We contacted the warranty company and they said it wasn't covered so we contacted the store and they finally sent someone out to look at it. The back heating assembly was also missing and they said they'd get us another one and see about someone coming back to fix the peeling "leather". Although we called many times, sent them emails, etc we never heard from them again and now we're stuck with a $3000 couch that has fallen apart. We will never buy another thing from this company and I do not recommend it to anyone else. They sold us a lemon and falsely advertised it to be leather when it is obviously not.
