I wanted to make this a 5 star review, and the first visit was. Madison was great when we went in looking for a new sectional. She gave us the tour and helped us look through the different choices and was just generally pleasant and enjoyable to do business with. The manager that helped us with setting up the delivery etc was the same way. So, first visit absolutely excellent. Skip to today, we go in looking to buy a recliner because of the great service the first time. Nobody else parked out front, no other customers wandering around inside and zero interest was taken in helping us. We asked about recliners and the answer was "all the reclining chairs are over there" and pointed in the direction of the front door. I didn't see what I was looking for so we went over to the large display they have to search through what they can order. During that time not a single offer to help. We came in looking to spend another grand and possibly more to replace old furniture in our house but will be looking elsewhere I guess. DO NOT PURCHASE HERE....I ordered a living room set 3 MONTHS ago and they estimated my three pieces would arrive in mid Octobers. Needless to say, it's the end of October and have yet not arrived. I have tried to communicate with them for over two weeks without a clear response of when my living room set would arrive. After being fed up with their inconsistency I was not hanging up until I would get a clear response. Angelica, finally told me my furniture would arrive in DECEMBER. Canals needs to improve their communication skills and needs to be clear with their expectations instead of giving the runaround.
