My lady and I visit this location for the first time looking for a nice bed so we can get some well deserved proper rest as you walk into the store we were greeted by a professional and friendly Dominic Dominic help us do the sleep test to determine the right bed for our needs. He was very professional and friendly made us feel comfortable very informative and really let us understand the importance of a good bad the proper bad for us after trying several beds he went to extra step to explain everything in detail I mean this guy has a PHD and sleep and beds! I'm at can't get over the service we chose the right bed for what we needed I mean he went that extra step to make us feel comfortable and made sure we understood and the knowledge that we gained from him! Our intent was to shop at several mattress stores to see what products were available and to establish a price point. One of the managers at this location, Dominic, immediately introduced himself and explained the sleep technology computer that provides a shopping guide that is suited to one's preferred sleep position, body and pre-existing health conditions. As Dominic began to show us the different mattresses that were recommended it became obvious that he was very knowledgeable about the products. At no time did Dominic come across as a "pushy" salesman, he simply stated the facts, differences in the products and was able to answer all of our questions. Mixed feelings. Dominic worked to make sure that we found everything we needed - even from other locations. However, in spite of me mentioning that our stairs were freshly finished, the moving crew that was sent by Sleep Experts on Thursday did a lot of damage to the fresh surfaces by dragging everything up and down the stairs. Due to learning on Friday that the retired senior citizen that lives at the home was to have emergency heart surgery, I was not able to call about it until Monday. I was informed that I had waited too long to report the damage and hat they would do nothing about it. Now, when the owner returns home from his emergency surgery, the damaged stairs will be there to meet him. VERY SAD. Extremely poor quality work on behalf of the movers and extremely poor response by the company when their team damaged a home.
