Little Caesars Pizza — Restaurant in Waxahachie

The third time I went there, I ordered online pizza and wings. I was 40 minutes away. When I arrived, she said a couple more minutes that transformed in 25 more minutes. I was waiting in my car and she didn't come so I went there, my pizza and wings were sitting on the counter, I don't know for how long. I live 4 minutes from there, and when I got home, it was completely cold.
