Read moreOrdered online to make it easier. Paid right at 30.00 and my husband even gave them at tip at the window. 1st the coke lid turned out not to be on properly and now there went coke all in the seat and floor board, next my husband gets back to our hotel and I ordered a chicken noodle soup for my granddaughter (wasn't in the bag) I ordered a salad and got no salad dressing.. guess they wanted me to dry eat it like a rabbit, ordered my granddaughters a fruit cup and NOPE that wasn't in there either. No napkins or anything. So here's my one granddaughter eating her 2pc chicken tender and my other granddaughter is saying I'm hungry where's my soup at? I had to literally tell her, I'm sorry sweetie they don't think u need to have anything apparently, they didn't think I needed salad dressing with a salad, they didn't think u or ur sister needed that fruit I ordered and paid for. So I'm trying to figure out WHY WE PAY SUCH PRICES FOR MISSING FOOD AND POOR ASS SERVICE. IM BEYOND PISSED OFF. Called and was told oh I'm sorry u can come back and get it. Well no I shouldn't have to get my granddaughters back out in the cold and go back there. Use more of my gas when they couldn't just do their damn job and make sure they put an order together. So everyone better sit at that window and check their bags or ask yourself in the chic fil a line 🤔 why are u even going there and taking the risk of being screwed over out of...

(We did hear what apparently was a supervisor of some sort kind of teaching a new employee how to do some things, and she was kind of grumpy to the new kid. [Not really fussing at her because she had done something wrong - just complaining about general stuff and being kind of witchy while interacting with her - from my perspective, anyway.] My wife mentioned that the new kid sure was more patient than a lot of people her age would have been with that "teacher.")
The dining area was too packed to hear the music, but in the restroom we could hear instrumental versions of Christian music playing. Not as good as the originals, but still a REALLY nice touch that makes the Chick-fil-A experience even that...
